Space and clean

It was a quick stay with family. We only speak English and had no issues front desk was fluent and super nice and helpful. Breakfast was great to have so we didn’t have to walk out to any place. The decor was pretty loved the wall paper. A nice place to relax. Did a hop on and off tour that stops close by for easy transportation.

The actually place looks nothing like the images. Honestly don't book. Also the location listed is incorrect it is not 0.2 miles from the exhibitions its 0.8 miles. Room dusty not clean one of the worst rooms i have stayed in. Booked a double and got a twin.

I think this hotel is overpriced. We stay at another hotel in Frankfurt two weeks earlier and it was so much better and it was $100 USD cheaper. One staff member was really unfriendly and the room looked old and smaller than we thought. Overall this hotel is vastly overpriced. Breakfast was really good though and most of the staff was friendly.

This hotel has some bold interior design choices but it is clean, quiet, centrally located, and has a great breakfast which you can take in a lovely outside spot, weather permitting.Also: super friendly and helpful staff!

Perfect location and consistently great service the whole week.

Very interesting design of the room, impressive and extraordinary. The room is very clean, the bathroom is the same as if no one used to live there before me). Good continental breakfast, polite and helpful staff

Walking distance to Messe, Staff friendly, no restaurant, room just ok.

Quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to Frankfurt Messe. Also short tram ride to center of town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only shortcoming is lack of air conditioning but that’s probably relevant only few days a year in frankfurt
