Hotel was a few steps away from the Pruneyard shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend this place to others who want to stay in the area.

I like being next to the Pruneyard. Didn't like the TV. Hard to navigate.

Great place to stay

The fire alarm was triggered at 4:30am which turned out to be a false alarm. But it took the hotel until after 5:30am to get the alarm turned off. No apology or even an offer of some credit. Not good service.

Great location!

We had several issues with the cleanliness of our bedding and a cockroach in our room. These issues were taken seriously by the staff and taken care of immediately.

The room was clean and well appointed. I was on the first floor backing against a parking lot and it was extremely noisy all hours of the day. Two days it woke me up at 5:30anm Gym was nice and clean. Staff friendly, not sure if I’ll stay there the next time I come to the area

It was perfect, great front desk, great service for breakfast in their restaurant. Restaurants everywhere in walking distance. Great Hotel

We really liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the property as a whole. The hotel bathroom and shower seemed recently renovated. The self parking was okay during the day, but in the evening it was very hard to find a spot. Overall we liked our stay and if we visit again we probably would stay there again.

It was an overall nice experience to stay in this hotel. We were welcomed with warm chocolate chip walnut cookies that my son was so happy to eat after a long drive. The property is well kept and the staff are very helpful. It was convenient to be able to use my streaming accounts; it made it feel home away from home. The accounts are logged off when we leave. We will be coming again.

We always have a comfortable stay at the DoubleTree at Pruneyard. This visit was especially nice because we were on the 1st floor, and the environment was very quiet. We didn't hear any noise from the next room, or from the hallway. It was perfect. Thank you!
