Hot tub baby!!

Front desk staff were so nice. My daughter (8) loves “staying in the city” and she let the front desk staff know how excited she was to “have a view”. They put us on the top floor. Parking is a little bit on the tighter side, we have an SUV. Overall, great stay, nice area and we felt safe. Very close to the convention center and could have easily done the 10 minute walk to and from.

Very friendly staff.

We are small town folks. Had to be in town for a medical procedure. The facility is clean and safe in a difficult neighborhood. Well done with regards to the surroundings you cannot change.

Hot tub and pool were fun. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Quiet room was much appreciated.

The hotel is in a very good place, and the reception we got was good from workers.

Staff was great, fantastic soap, etc does not make up for single ply and peeling wallpaper. Parking was limited and rather pricey.

The room was OK but a bit smaller than the other rooms on the same floor. The reason of my review being average, it is because the complementary shuttle was not available for pick up. We were just a few blocks away from the hotel but when it’s raining, we had the expectations that they will pick us up. It didn’t happen. A bit disappointing.
