Very nice, clean room for the money, good car park, nice polite helpful staff

Excellent location for Ipswich Town centre and the marina, no problem parking in the car park. The room was clean and comfortable with good facilities, bath, shower TV, tea and coffee etc. Breakfast was a buffet with a reasonable selection of hot and cold options.

Our stay was great. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was clean and comfortable. The only area that needs improving is the children’s area. There were a lot of broken toys and random bits which made it difficult to play with.

Very clean, staff friendly. However there was alot of doors slamming at night (other visitors so not the hotel or staff fault)

The breakfast very nice, eggs cooked to order of you wanted. The room was decent, the staff friendly. The location was great or the theatre or the football stadium

Staff were excellent ,everything was clean and room size good. Bathroom spotless with nice fluffy towels. Breakfast was plentiful and good,the only minus being the coffee . Ask for a room at back of hotel ,less noise

The Lounge area was very nice, lovely reception staff and great breakfast but any joy ends there. The corridor towards my room smelt so bad. My room was tired and the kettle was damaged and riddled with lime scale. There was also a very musty smell in the bathroom. However, the worst thing was that the sound of traffic filled my room all night snd kept waking me up. I’ve stayed here a few times and never heard the traffic so probably down to the location of my room 😞

Great location, £7 for 24 hour parking with a nice spacious room with free WiFi. Breakfast superb too

It was nice and tidy. Not enough outlets on the bed side of the room. Had to stretch cords for chargers. 1 more outlet on the headboard side would make it easier.

Nice room, quiet even though its a large junction, bar was nice, food was pretty good
