Nice hotel and area

I actually did not stay there. I was only there for about an hour trying to see if they would consider refunding the money that was paid for the hotel room that I never stayed in. Unlike many hotels they don’t have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Theirs is more like three days in advance. You have to cancel it if you don’t end up going for whatever reason and you can’t make it, they will not refund your money even if you go there in person.

This is a very good business hotel. Located in a very good neighborhood in Santo Domingo. Good service. Big comfortable rooms.

Excellent hotel

Great stay only stayed for 1 night it wasn’t as close to the airport but it was a very relaxing and beautiful hotel. I had a very big comfortable room as well. The staff was always very pleasant and welcoming.

It would have been much better if the room could have a fridge , like that the client could drink cold bottle water

Great place to spend a night in the city

Cuando llegamos todo estaba bien. La habitación es regular, pero cómoda para lo que necesitábamos. Lo que encontramos es qAvisaron que a las 3pm iniciaban trabajo de mantenimiento de los aires y aun a las 3am el aire no enfriaba... justo 3:45am se desato un ruido repentino del aire... vino un personal y soluciono, dejando un ruido mínimo, pero no pudimos dormir bien y ya no tenia a donde ir con dos niñas tan tarde. Sin descansar bajamos... a desayunar y este estuvo muy bueno y variado... el personal del mismo super gentil y atentos. La piscina que esta al lado del lugar del desayuno, se encontraba limpia y en muy buenas condiciones... mi hija pudo distraerse un poco y divertirse.

I reported not having hot water and it took them 2 days to get it right. Very poor customer service!

Very clean and professional. Staff was excellent.

Excellent and professional staff. Very attentive. Rooms are clean. Close to commercial area, shops, banks, restaurants, waking trails. Gym membership to a professional, well equips gym across the street.

Stay there for 4 days…everything was amazing…included the staff at the restaurant

It was a great stay and the room was beautiful and huge. It was only one night so I didn’t get to explore as much. It was a little out from the hotel but the drive was nothing compared to how nice the room was.
