This is the perfect place to stay while visiting your kids at any of the Universities in Ottawa. We happen to be moving our child into their off campus housing and knew we would be too tired to drive home after the move, so we booked a room for the night to rest and recovery. When we entered our room we quickly realized that there was an error, it was not the suite we booked. I went down to the front desk to quietly let them know that there was a mistake, it was TOO big. The hostess then informed me that we had been upgraded and she had forgotten to mention it. Wow! It came fully equipped with a kitchen, dining space, sitting area, 2 bedrooms ( spacious and comfy), 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room. Towels were plentiful, robes and extra blankets were available in each room. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. This location was amazing. The only downfall was that we weren’t there long enough to enjoy the pool which was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel, we arrived too late. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the staff for the beautiful hospitality.

The hotel was a great experience. The two bedroom suite came with all the utensils and dishware you need in the kitchen. There was a dryer and washer in the room, however, the washer ruined some of our underwear. The dryer worked with no issues. There was dish soap and dishwasher soap provided with the hotel. The bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms were spacious. Having two bathrooms was beneficial. The pool was warm and good for the kids. The only downfall of our stay was that there was rarely towels available at the pool. One evening we had to go back to the hotel with no towels. However, our overall experience was amazing and we would stay here again.

Great location—right next to the Rideau Centre and ByWard Market. The room and shared spaces were clean and well kept. The unit is fully equipped with cooking essentials, including utensils, dishes, pots and pans, as well as a stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The pool and gym are a nice bonus. It would be even better if parking and/or breakfast were included in the nightly rate.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and great location. Thank you for making our stay relaxing and memorable. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel is locate at Ottawa downtown area, very convenience. Staffs are friendly. We have 5 people and stay in a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with laundry. Very comfortable stay. Only downside is the shapoo, conditioner and shower gel. They are so hard to squeeze. Should use the pump ones. Other than that, everything is good.

A bit finicky to get to the property itself and find parking to check in. Otherwise a very clean a spacious place, 2/3 the cost of other options in the area. Easy walking distance to the Market and the downtown Ottawa sights.

The host at the desk was amazing, efficient and polite. Would highly recommend.
