Safe and decent room

Clean room and area, good breakfast, easy parking

We were pleasantly surprised! The hotel sits behind a Denny’s restaurant, which seemed a little odd. It’s isn’t close to any shopping restaurants, etc, but it turned out to be quite nice! The room was spacious and clean, just a little dated. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was decent. There was plenty of parking. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at a Best Western Plus hotel. They are great, and the prices are reasonable.

Good hotel near Disney

We had an issue with the night check-in staff being rude, but the manager in the morning was very attentive and understanding, and values customer service. Everything a manager should be. The room was clean, breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was pleasant and attentive.

Hotel breakfast was good and had a large variety. Pool was clean and working. Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby was amazing. Dennys is located at the front of the property and open 24/7. Hotel was clean and staff were nice. Will stay again!!

They lock the doors by 2200. Sometimes staff isn't paying attention that you are outside.

Very impressed with the hotel! A great location and loved free parking. Easy to get to Disneyland! The staff was so friendly. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. Will absolutely be returning!

Very nice! Super clean and comfortable beds. Staff was nice and we loved the coffee machine and water dispenser in the lobby. We were very happy with our stay.

Breakfast buffet was great and also the food and desk staff. Beds very comfortable. Room clean and modern. Bring your own microwave.

I wish Icould share pictures of signes everywhere showing out of service. ice machine , washer dryer , gym equipment and hot water was out of service and another vending machine was sold out.

Check on was a mess and forced into and unnecessary "upgrade". Long story but I travel all the time and was never MADE to upgrade when my child stayed with me and my husband. Also the pull through at the front door is blocked off so you have to park a bit way to walk in and check in. Not great at night. Room was clean...bed hard. Shower had mildew.
