The property was ok for our short stay. Our room was quite outdated. There seem to be a lot of other properties that may be a little nicer for the price and quality of the room.

Stay was great. No coffee in the lobby. Couldn’t get a coffee without paying.

Hotel room smelled of moldy musty when you step in, in hallway also smelled of smoke from somewhere. Bed was nice and comfortable, overall not what I expected to be honest.

The hotel was being renovated, which was needed because it was run down. The renovations were very dirty. The pool and fitness centre was filthy and unusable with food garbage on tables, the floor and in the pool. The guests were smoking and drinking everywhere outside and there was food and garbage on the floor in the lobby. I was afraid to leave the room at night. Definitely not what I expected from a Hilton.

room was muggy. air conditioning didnt work at all. called the front desk for assistance a few times and they said it was working. it was not working at all.

The room was very clean, the airport shuttle was helpful. Dinner in the bar was delicious and the price was reasonable

i stayed in an suite at hilton. the furniture was faulty , like they bought it off temu as the desk was wobbly and the coffee table was flimsy too. as well it was hot in that room even when we had the ac on. other than that it was okay i guess

Pool unavailable as under renovation, they did offer to shuttle to nearby hotel to use their pool but we didn’t take them up on offer. Hotel shower water pressure was weak Was charged $15 per night for parking

Our stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing, largely due to poor communication and subpar customer service.First, we were not informed at the time of booking that the pool and spa were under renovation, this was the main reason we chose this hotel, and the lack of transparency was frustrating. During our stay, the power went out for several hours. I had to escalate the situation and ask to speak with a supervisor to get assistance with storing and warming my baby’s pumped breast milk. This caused significant stress and disrupted my baby’s feeding schedule.The overall service from staff was disappointing; they came across as rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. In addition, the heater in our room was not functioning properly, and housekeeping services were not provided unless we specifically requested them.Overall, this experience fell far below expectations, and we will not be returning.

Only reason why I booked the hotel was for the pool and sauna but they didn’t advertise it was broken. Very upsetting. Wasted $300. I wouldn’t have booked and I want my money back. There was also security standing outside my room and pacing the whole night which was very odd and there was people slamming doors all night. Do not recommend a stay here. Waiting to hear from Expedia I want my money back!

Gym closed. Pool closed. Bottle of water is $5. Seems run down.

Our experience at the Hilton was excellent. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. It met and exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend.

It was okay. Family of six staying in a suite. The fold out couch was probably the worst bed that we have ever had to use. Regular beds were only doubles and pretty hard as well, and was surprised to have to pay for parking.

Bartender made the best Cesar’s, thank you. Stay was good, front desk was very kind and friendly when checking in.
