Absolutely stunning property with amazing views. The best and most catering staff I have ever experienced at a hotel. Easily joined the top 3 best hotels either my wife or I have ever experienced. Wish we had more time!

Spent two nights here while visiting Salzburg: this was one of the very best experiences we’ve had. From check in through the end of our stay, the service was impeccable. Room was amazing - we were second from the top with a 270 degree view of the city. We had a multi-course meal at The Glass Garden and an informal dinner the next night in their restaurant/bar: excellent wine and drink selection, exceptional food, and again wonderful service. The pool and jacuzzi area is beautiful, and we enjoyed that area twice. Short 10 minute walk gets you to an elevator that takes you right down to town. Perfect home base for a classy Salzburg adventure!

Wanted a special treat along our journey. This place is unbelievably lovely.

Why would not choose to stay at the castle on a hill with stunning views? The property grounds are serene, the staff friendly, personable and accommodating, and the walk to town is charming. Also, book a day just for the spa/pool.

Wasn’t expecting much so was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and charming the hotel was. Staff were so nice and friendly, rooms very spacious with beautiful views and bathrooms and sauna in the spa was world class for heat

It is a great experience...

This hotel is beautiful! Very clean. The grounds are breathtaking. Uber was easy to get and going into town was a 10 minute walk. The staff went about and beyond in courtesy and helpfulness up to waving us good bye as we left.

We have stayed at nice hotels all over the world and this was our favorite. You feel like you are staying in a castle, everything is top notch, the service, the breakfast and the room. Would jump at the chance to stay here again.

From the minute we stepped on the property was just beautiful and welcoming. Enjoyed the welcoming drink and snacks. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and cozy. The property is just stunning, amazing views towards the city and surroundings. A place to unwind. Great amenities and services. Delicious, fresh food ( brekfast and dinner). Front desk personal was so kind, helpful and friendly. Felix was extremely helpful with every request we has.

Everything at this hotel is 10/10+ stars. The manager Samantha is so sweet & her entire staff is top notch! The service, rooms, & food are the best there is in all of Austria. Every time we stay here it’s a total treat & we feel so blessed! Thank you to all for a wonderful stay!
