The bed was one of the best sleeps, but the most surprising thing was the laminar flow from the bathroom sink, quiet, no splashing in the sink. The rainfall shower head huge, but the width of the shower is more for the thinner guest.

Avoid a room close to the stairwells. The doors are heavy, and they SLAM so loudly it’s impossible to relax or sleep through the night. Worst sleep I’ve had in a long time.

Beds were uncomfortable and check out weren't able to charge the card provided at check in for online booking.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly.

About an hour after check-in, someone entered our room to clean it, which was unexpected. They took my personal pillow (clearly not hotel property) and put it into a hotel pillowcase, making it easy to lose. Other than that, it’s a decent hotel.

Hotel Blackfoot was very impressive. The parking is easy WE were in the top floor which has access to a lounge 24/7 and provides breakfast until 10am. The facility is very clean and the staff were nice. We had dinner in the lobby bar restaurant which has a full menu. The food was great and the wait staff were very attentive and good.

Stayed for business in a the Executive Room. Was unable to use the 7th floor for breakfast as it was full with no room to sit. Had to pay and eat in the restaurant and the buffet was poor quality with old past due fruit, over cooked sausages. Not the quality of food you would expect with this type of hotel. The pub was booked for a private function so could not use that space. The room itself was very comfortable but they need more attention on the amenities.
