The room was clean. The staff were professional, helpful, and amazing. Very communicative. The hotel was clean as well. Breakfast was great. Air conditioning was great. WIFI was not good and kept disconnecting. This was probably the most frustrating out of all the amenities. Could use some work.

Staff are amazing

Room was clean but not the best condition. We saw a mouse on the hallway, so after that, we are not gonna stay here ever again. Breakfast was okay, I guess just average for what you are paying to stay. Staff was very friendly and nice.

Cleaning service not provided during the stay

Check in was really quick and everything went smoothly. The room was the bare necessities, typical 99$ hotel room, but everything was comfy and clean. The shower was alright, a little claustrophobic and squishy, but the water pressure was great. Included breakfast was great, typical breakfast items and some gluten free options ( not labeled mind you but it was good regardless ). The area was good and not sketchy, close by to a Walmart and thrift stores, plus a Denny’s across the street. If you’re looking for a good hotel for cheap, book this one!

I didn’t like the fact the rooms were to hot

The bed, sheets, pillows were very soft and super comfortable. It was a very pleasant stay. We will choose this hotel again if needed to be in the area.

Check in was a breeze, room was comfortable and quiet. They seemed a little unorganized for breakfast in the morning. There wasn't enough coffee and they ran out of items. They were replenished, but we had to mention it. Hotel perfectly situated for airport run.

the place was clean, the rooms are great. The parking lot and garbage cans need to be attended more. The place is quiet. they also have a Smittys there.

This hotel was hands-down, the cleanest hotel that me and my kids stayed in. And we stayed in two other hotels other than this one. The staff was very nice and really welcoming, and super helpful. They maid turn down service was great, no issues whatsoever. The location was pretty convenient because it was really close to West Edmonton, Mall and Chick-fil-A obviously. The complementary breakfast was OK, not top-tier, but it was pretty decent. We stay there for two nights so breakfast in the morning was these weird cubed kind of eggs not really scrambled but they seem like they were cooked in a deep dish pan and then cut up. Sausages, hadbrowns and pancakes. Toast, a bunch of different kinds. Cold yogurt, three kinds of juices to choose from and pretty good coffee. They also had a waffle making Station, and four different types of cereal with cold milk. Overall pretty impressed. And then the next day, same thing eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, and French toast, and all the extras mentioned above. and the woman running the breakfast was freaking awesome, she always had everything stocked, she was always cleaning tables and welcoming guests. She was awesome. She needs a promotion. The room overall was very clean, nicely upkeep. The beds are super soft and comfortable, the blankets were so comfy and warm, and the pillows were awesome. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be staying here anytime I need to go to Edmonton

Rooms where clean and has good night secruity

Everything was good but really only had room service once for the 8 days However we were able to get clean towels more often nothing to worry about as place was very busy all week

Room was very clean and breakfast was good with several options. The beds were soft. Heating unity was old and dirty. Tv did not have cnn but had Fox News wich seemed political. Rate was good
