The room was clean

Room was nice; bed was comfortable. recently updated- better than the photos! Enjoyed the breakfast! Had a waffle maker and French toast. Had to eat in the breakfast room for regulations, which is fine; you just can’t take coffee to-go on your way out. Staff at check-in suggested to park in the front. Saw some people loitering around the back of the hotel at night, but the overall area and parking in the front seemed secure/safe. Easy and quick check-in as well!

We arrived after a 3-hour drive, and while I was grabbing the bags, my son ran in to use the restroom. The front desk clerk refused to let him, stating it was for guests only, and completely ignored my son's explanation that we were staying there. As a result, my son had an accident, and I was stuck doing laundry in the middle of the night. Thanks for that! The only saving grace was that the room itself was clean, but the front desk service was incredibly disappointing.

Breakfast was very organized and clean.

The breakfast was certainly a bonus- and was quite good for a complimentary style. The hotel is older which is fine, but hallways were extremely loud, smelled of strong white vinegar and I am unsure of why but when our toilet paper was replaced it was always wet. Hahahah, either way it was a place to lay down at the end of the day.

A clean, well maintained hotel and room. The bed was very comfy. The heat/a/c unit did not work and someone was smoking dope in the hotel which came through the ventilation system.

Mattresses are old and getting uncomfortable, however sheets were clean. Toilets are extremely low No clock anywhere in the room Towels were getting old as well. No microwave in room Breakfasts were just ok Plenty of parking

My room was very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. This is an older hotel but all of the rooms have been renovated. The stairwells baseboards could be cleaned but to be honest most people probably prefer to use the elevator. The location was very central to West Ed.mall and everywhere I wanted to go. I would definitely stay there again. The wifi could have been better. My room was by the stairwell so I’m not sure if I was in a bit of a dead zone but I didn’t care. Breakfast was very crowded and not in the nicest room but nice to have.

Staff incredibly friendly and the breakfast was fantastic!

No food sell late night. Vending machines only coins.

Excellent breakfast

Our room did not have a microwave, but there was one available near the reception desk. The hotel does not have a pool. The toilet made a lot of noise and did not work properly. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good. However, the beds were noisy, and the air conditioning was loud enough to disturb sleep.
