Location was perfect. Walking into the hotel lobby felt like luxurious charm. Best shower ever. Beds and bedding was clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating aside from one lady. The furniture was dated and needed repair. I wish the mini kitchen had a bigger pot, dish soap, cloth and dish towel. I liked having the wine glasses. Drawers in the kitchen needed to be cleaned out. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and truly loved Montreal and the people there. We hope to return in the summer.

Wonderful property just wish check in was earlier

The pool was closed , as it is outdoors , the room was sparkling cleaning , housekeeping was very helpful, we ask for more tea and coffee , was supplied that without hesitation. Front desk amazing

Great location for Bell Centre. St catherine street cresent street mcgill university. Easy in and out. Very good place for price.

Excellent value! Rooms are well appointed, staff were very friendly. Doesn't have the luxury ameninites or look/feel of more expensive hotels, but it more than makes up for that with price point. Our suite has a kictchen which gave an option for breakfast in the room or a quick lunch. Exercise facilities were small but we'll stocked. We didn't try the restaurant or bar, but the menu looked nice and buffet brunch smelled delicious. Short walk to St. Catherine's Street for shopping and about 12 min to the Bell Centre.

Clean room and friendly staff

Very nice spot

This is an overpriced and overrated hotel. It is an old building with very old rooms. First night, the sink got clogged and needed to be fixed. Needed also to call to get the bedsheets that were not in the room. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you need parking, They overcharge and you need to have a small car and trust a valet to take your car to an unknown underground parking. You are not allowed to park your car yourself. Would look somewhere else.

Overall great place to stay, good location, clean, nice rooms. Not much else to ask for!

I had ordered flowers to surprise my partner staying in my room with me. The hotel worked with me and was very communicacitve when getting the bouquet set up in my room to surprise him. The room was very well cleaned, spacious, and the staff were all excellent. I stayed here two years ago and Im really happy I got to stay again. Thank you so much!

Very nice hotel and friendly staff, they were able to accommodate early check in. Room was very clean, and lots to do near by. Great walking distance to may food options, and Centre Bell as well!

Room was very comfortable. Beds were great to nice having the little kitchenette. Carpet in the bedroom was worn and stained in areas but overall great place to stay

Very safe, in walking distance to a lot of stores. The hotel door locks after 10pm and then you can only enter with your room key. So felt very safe. Room was clean and comfortable.
