Clean and great location, close to everything downtown Windsor. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was great.

Friendly staff good breakfast clean rooms

We were visiting my elderly uncle, and just needed a clean , comfortable place to stay. We weren't expecting the Ritz-Carlton, so our expectations were exactly what we got. However!!! The staff made the experience stellar! They were all very friendly with great attitudes! Every one of them should get a huge raise!! Will definitely stay here again.

The check in was handle very well - Melissa was excellent in assisting us and provided local information for our immediate needs for dinner. Melissa also provide information for next day activities and other restaurants to consider. Room was clean, breakfast was very good with lots of options for cold or hot and the staff made fresh waffles for you if requested. The staff there were helpful and courteous during the meal. We had a suite - the only thing I would add - the couch definately needs large cushions added for back support while sitting.

The older lady providing service for the breakfast buffet went over and above. She was extremely kind and helpful. So nice to see such kindness shown, even though she was extremely busy.

Stayed one full day. Very good cleanliness of room and other areas. Gym was Ok, though treadmill could be better. Breakfast room and food were excellent. Reception staff were very helpful. Overall excellent hotel.

We were only there for the night - didn't get there until 10:30 pm or so, and did not use any of the amenities. We went right to bed and left at 4:00 am the next morning to catch a train.

We had a really greasy stay, we'll be back.

Friendly staff

It’s very loud at night time as the windows are so thin you hear everything outside. The sink and mirror were very small, and the lighting was not very good. For a last minute booking it was okay.

Front desk staff was pleasant and professional. A nice hotel in a great location to see a show at the casino.

Check-in was quick and friendly, as was check out. Room was clean and had everything for a one night stay. Convenient location to the Colossum, where the casino and shows are. Close walk but wouldn’t recommend that as the area was a little rough. We were happy with our short stay.
