Friendly helpful staff. Quiet area with a beautiful lake and countryside nearby

Great location and a full range of services

Lovely hotel with a fab view of the lake. Great selection at breakfast including those who like myself are gluten free (which for France who are not great at gluten free options was refreshing) beds, linen very comfortable. Pet friendly, free onsite car parking and overall an enjoyable stay.

Clicks all the boxes after a long drive, great walk for the dogs around the lake and pool for our son and a couple of beers for us. Quiet hotel, comfortable beds, friendly staff.

The position of the hotel next to the lake is the selling point of this hotel. The hotel is clean and there being some modernisation to the bar/ restaurant area. The service at dinner time was very poor. We received our food before our drinks.

This is an outstanding hotel! The rooms are spacious and well appointed and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I wish we could have stayed more than one night in such a lovely hotel.

Only comment is that the shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty. Too late to do anything about once you are showering!

A modern top quality hotel with great staff excellent food and good location.

This was a great property for a four-person family. The room was perfect for our purposes, the area and hotel was quiet, and the breakfasts were great. The kids loved the pool, and there are great kids' parks around. There are also a wide variety of restaurants within short driving distance.

Good overnight stop on the way to Dordogne. Efficient reception, excellent parking. Ideal for travel with a dog: ground floor room, woodland and lake. Breakfast was cleared away with military zeal at 9.25 which seemed remarkably early for an hotel catering to people on vacation.

Staff very polite and helpful. Cooling system an absolute joke during scorching temperature. In the main area barely noticeable, in the room very low! Food average, breakfast not worth it for the money paid. By 8:45 was very little left and food not stocked up. Hotel very well located close to the motorways and with wonderful surroundings. Worth it regardless and with room for improvements ( no pun intended ).

Very convenient, well managed and a decent restaurant with an interesting menu

Hotel is fine. Check in was smooth and welcoming, but there the helpfulness ended. Bar staff took sullenness to a new level, surpassed only by the team at Breakfast. Couldn't run a bath that lot. Shambolic, rude and wilfully obstructive to the most simple of tasks. Breakfast itself was a farce with no food available at 9am on a Saturday despite it being open until 10am.

Very disappointing stay with common areas grubby, floors of restaurant dirty, service in restaurant horrible, quality of food not up to scratch (and expensive). All in a very disappointing stay - only real positives were location of the hotel for access and the bed was ok.

Very clean, very friendly, great restaurant and bar. Room was too cold at night.
