Snorkeling was great. Dining over the ocean was amazing. The food there was great.

I liked the staff. They were super friendly and helpful. Made my stay great even through construction.

The history of the building, and the layout of the rooms was a pleasant surprise. The historic renovation work was not too disruptive to my stay. I can't wait to come back and see the completed project! Front desk staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.

It was convenient for the show we were attending. The hotel is under construction, but that means upgrades are happening. Everything was good.

Stayed for a few days. Staff so friendly and nice. Walking distance to a lot of great food and drink options.

The rooms, gym and downstairs restaurant and welcome area are nice. The hallways look dated. The elevators are being upgraded so there was a lot of delays for the elevator and construction on site when you enter/exit the building.

Very friendly greeting on arrival and were checked on during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Suite was very spacious and were not affected by noise of ongoing improvements to the building. Very walkable location in downtown Dallas and 25 mins from train station and deep ellum on foot. Small shop in lobby of hotel provided essentials. Overall great stay.

While it is going through renovations...the staff was very hospitable and made the stay welcoming.

A lot of construction around the hotel made arriving difficult.

This is a fabulous property! Despite the current restorations outside, the property is quiet and well kept! We stayed here to go to a show at Trees - easy to walk to! Would stay here again.
