Attentive staff. Valley parking but you can tell them when you need the cart in advance and it will be at the front ready.

No complains at all. Did not eat breakfast! The staff was very accommodating and very nice!

The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable and they had all amenities we would need. The hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast in the morning had a wide variety of offerings, fresh fruit and pastries all in a lovely big ballroom setting! We loved Zaragoza! What a special place with a great vibe. We loved exploring the alleyways of El Tubo!

I found the property to be centrally located. It met my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful I certainly would stay again if ever in Zaragoza.

El Hotel está bien ubicado, pero es un Hotel viejo y con poco mantenimiento, requiere un intervención urgente. El desayuno es el inferior de todos los hoteles NH que hemos estado. El precio por persona que nos cobraron por el desayuno fue de 39.99 Euros que pue pagado en el Hotel.

Unfortunately, the breakfast offerings were limited when we were there due to Sunday limited time. Also there were several large parties that took up the hotel staff attention.

A fantastic hotel and an ideal location. The only thing to be wary of was the breakfast offering wasn't as good as we would have hoped.

Our room was on first floor right above the events room and they had a wedding on first night which was noisy and we couldn’t sleep until after midnight while we were supposed to wake up early for a tour next day. I asked to be moved and they said they were fully booked. I checked and they were not. Our room also faced the road which was also noisy at night so we didn’t sleep well here. Would not visit again because of this.

Staff in this hotel is one of its strongest sides, the manager used her own phone and card to help us purchase some tickets, they a very attentive and service oriented. Hotel is good and well located, great alternative when in Zaragoza
