Friendly staff and excellent service. Conveniently located close to train station and Metro station.

Friendly staffs, floor and bathroom door was squeaky.

Stayed for one night. The room was small and dark, with a wobbly coffee table. The bathtub was dangerously high, making it hard to climb in. I couldn’t tell the view since it was pitch black outside when I arrived, but it wasn’t a street view—not that it mattered. The toilet looked dated, and the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear people showering in the hall and doors slamming while inside my room. I wouldn’t return.

It's close to everything, walkable from the station, convenient with shopping and dining options, clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly.

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The bathroom could use some updating, but it’s very clean. The breakfast is fantastic!

Fantastic Stay at Acta City47 Barcelona! I had an amazing stay at Acta City47. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Sants Station and close to major attractions while being peaceful. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the hotel’s amenities, like the fitness center and fast Wi-Fi, were excellent. For the quality and service offered, it’s fantastic value for money. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Barcelona!

Reception was very helpful on arrival.

It was fine- very near the train station as we had an early train. Evening wine and cheese plate was nice in the dining room. They did pack our breakfast for the morning because of our early check out. Included. Strange that there was no outlet in the bathroom for a curling iron.

Staff went out of their way to be helpful & accommodating. Nice hotel with good rooms, comfortable beds & on site restaurant. In a safe area & close to major train station.

Spacious, well appointed rooms. One negative experience- my wife was charged for two breakfasts, and had trouble correcting it with the waitress and again during check-out.
