Really enjoyed stay this hotel. It was in a nice district and athe bus stop is practically outside the hotel allowing regular and easy access to the old town. Hotel is very tastefully and recently furnished with quality a byword throughout. If you're averse to beige, though, it may not be to your liking. Very good buffet breakfast, quality bathrooms and comfortable beds.

Very friendly and helpful reception & staff. Very accommodating as we didnt realize we had to make a reservation for parking spot upon booking but they managed to find us one even though they were at max capacity. They were also very welcoming to dogs, had a bed, bowls and treats in room upon arrival. Lovely modern property, great location close to beach, highly recommend.

We loved this hotel!! Literally a 5 minute walk to the beach (Ondaretta — soft sand, beautiful ocean, extremely clean bathrooms/change rooms/lockers), 30secs to all the key bus lines for easy transit but also extremely walkable to La Concha beach, the Old Town and Zurriola beach. 7-10 minute walk to the funicular for Monte Igueldo, and just a bit further to the Comb if the Wind sculptures. Such an amazing location. Also, we had the breakfast buffet included in our stay, and we loved it — lots of fresh fruit, breads and pastries, eggs, sausage/bacon, cereals, and fresh juices. The room was cleaned extremely well, the front desk staff were kind and very helpful with tips about transit routes. The location was quiet but also close to stone really great doors in Ondaretta for pintxos, local fare, and an excellent French bistro around the corner.

We had a lovely stay here in July 2026. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and it was in an excellent location.

A lovely option in San Sebastián. It’s in a good walkable location not far from the beach.

Great hotel, clean and spacious room, and very friendly staff. Helpful front desk crew and easy to communicate with front desk in English. Short walk to beach and close distance to shops downtown and old town area. Easy access to bus stations (we took the bus to old town when we didn’t want to walk). Quiet neighborhood, and very safe. Great value for cost. Would stay here again, and would highly recommend it to other families.

Hotel is 5 min walk from the beach and about 30 min walk from the old town. Walk to old town is very enjoyable along the beach. Where are no good restaurants or bars around the hotel, need to drive or walk to the old city. Room was a little small, but balcony was huge and overlooking city and bay. Very good breakfast, nice garage, which need to be reserved in advance as space is limited. Staff is very helpful.

Stayed for 2 nights in May. The hotel is a close walk to the beach and on a main road if public transportation is needed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The check in and check out staff are friendly and helpful. If parking is needed it is best to prebook with the hotel as spaces are limited, there is also paid parking a few streets over.

Excellent location on the other side of the bay. Within walking distance of the Combs of the Wind sculptures. Modern & clean amenities and spacious rooms. Definitely worthy as an option for a few nights' stay in San Sebastian if you are looking for a quieter neighbourhood

The hotel was very good. At night especial was a little noise...I stated in the first floor and was a litter noise..The bar was very good and the staff very friendly
