The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very spacious and clean. Air conditioner was very quiet when it turned on.

This hotel is in the middle of everything! So convenient and clean! The staff were so friendly!

I booked this property because of its proximity to the Ohio Theater. It was a simple 5 minute walk to and from our show.

Elevators and hallways were dirty our A/C didnt work and our room was hot the whole time.

Great location, courteous staff, and clean spacious rooms. For the most part, it was a wonderful stay. The only complaint was the toilet. It was only about a foot off the ground, something that should be in a pre-school. Odd!

This was a nice hotel. I paid an extra fee thru Expedia for a food and beverage credit of $25 per day. The hotel had no record of this.

It was okay. Not worth the money. I could hear the people outside my room at 3am that woke me up and could hear doors slamming shut. No breakfast served not even water in the room. Had to even ask for a toothpaste which wasn't provided in the room. Not worth the money at all. Not much to do around the hotel

Very modern and nice property. Toilet in room is very low to the floor and very close to the sliding shower door. Also, would be great to have at least one USB-C port in the room.

Valet was WAY overpriced and understaffed, doing their best but not cutting it. Especially for the astronomic cost.

Poor experience, starting with the difficulty of parking with a $40 valet service, and the constant noise from toilet flushing that could be heard almost nonstop. Also, be careful in the bathroom, when you flush, water literally splashes on the floor.
