The street is really noisy, but I really appreciated how big the room was with a space to seat

You get what you pay for - had another accommodation cancel our reservation last minute due to a water leak/damage so we had to book something last minute in the same area without costing a fortune. The hotel is older, our room could have used a refresh - damage in the shower and bathroom, old worn carpet. Very friendly staff!

The hotel and the room wasn’t clean at all.

The building is old and the rooms and linens need maintenance/replacement. The staff were very kind and professional. The location is conveniently located to public transit, restaurants and shops.

Great location and friendly staff

There was no breakfast. Lots of people waiting, 4 staff members - 3 standing around doing nothing when one lady (spoke Spanish) did her best to keep everything. We had McDonald's takeout. What a pathetic lack of service.

The staff was rude, the rooms were dated and not nice there was No breakfast as per the rate overall extremely disappointing. I will never stay in another Comfort Inn in my life!

Excellent staff service! Le rooms would need some improvements. Our room seemed to have water damage on one wall. A door was missing from the closet… The sofabed matress would need changing as well. We can feel all the coils. Other than that, our stay was fine.

Room was clean but outstanding. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was very poor, not clean and small room.
