Great location, hotel does show some of its age but there has been a few updates. Walking distance to Eaton centre and bell center

Great location and friendly staff. Was given early check-in and extra hour on check-out. Close to pubs, restaurants, shopping and Centre Bell.

Booked into room right next to one under repair. Loud noise from 4pm until 10pm, we weren’t moved to another floor until 7pm. Little regard for customer discomfort. Poor exterior windows and balcony doors let in all street noise, bars right in front are loud.

Hotel was located close to the Bell Centre, which was very beneficial. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, however some things do require attention. 1. lamp shades in the room definitely require replacing 2. the faucet handle requires attention

Staff was great. Hotel was very old and dated. Breakfast room was not very welcoming. Great pub across the street with a variety store attached to the same building. Within walking distance to the Bell Center….

Front desk person was excellent.

Hotel common areas were clean and well kept.Staff were great They got us checked in very early after our flight landed at 9;45 which was fantastic. Room was old and needed upgrades . But was tidy and the beds were very comfortable. however There was black mould on the carpet outside our bathroom from water leaking out of the shower.

Room was in good condition, a little bit old, but clean.

The room was dirty, one of the beds was broken on one side, coffee maker didnt work. Body wash empty. Ceilings crubling cobwebs, low dusting clearly never gets done. Wall paper peeling off every sing wall. Blankets were stained with holes in both comforters. I could go on but you get the picture.
