Hotel was very dated, room was dirty. Breakfast was average continental breakfast. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Even though they say on site self park, they do not have that. You hvae to park off site a couple blocks away.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The location is very close to great restaurants, shopping and the Bell Centre.

Room was clean, dated with carpet but clean. Staff was excellent to deal with and the gentleman at the valet service when we arrived was awesome. Having a balcony downtown was worth giving up the luxury of the room. Only drawback was the carpet of the room needs to be updated and that would be an ownership issue not the staff. Would definitely stay again. Location is everything!!

The valet parking was “sold out” when we arrived at 330pm to check in. We were forced to self park at a garage a couple blocks away. I was able to do it without issue but I can’t imagine if I had a disability of any kind that didn’t permit me to walk. I had called the hotel before booking to inquire about parking since we were booking on a Montreal Canadians game day and was told about the valet parking and the charge but was never told there would be a chance of it selling out. I’m not impressed.

Staff running the front desk are amazing. However, this place is not for everyone. Large wall patches are just sticky tape, wall paper ect. One of the bedside lamps had exposed wires and was only found after receiving a shock. The first room that we were to check into smelt like someone cleaned up a crimescene with straight bleach. As mentioned the staff were great and moved us to another room, but parking is sketchy as hell. Expedia states parking on site, that's just incorrect, this hotel has zero on site parking. "Valet parking" is a non hotel employee that insists that they drive your vehicle for you, as they park in another hotels underground parking lot.

The staff were super helpful and friendly and the breakfast was the typical continental breakfast with the waffle station and all of the regular cold and hot breakfast items. The room appeared clean but the place is so run down with the wall paper peeling off in the room and cracks in the wall it was hard to tell. It is conveniently located a very short walk from the Bell Center which was great and super close to a variety of bars and restaurants. If you’re only there overnight to attend a concert and you really are only in the room to sleep it’s fine for one night. It could do with a facelift and some upgrades to the rooms.

It was nice budget hotel in one of the most coveted areas of the city. Had continental breakfast included. Just a few steps from luxury dining, amenities and shopping. Very close to several museus, hikes, cultural activities, metro, and the US consulate. On weekends the street can be quite alive until late in the night given that there are several younglings bars in the block. Overall great nice find.

Great location to Bell Centre! 5 min walk! Room was clean. Little rough around the edges but overall would stay again due to location. 10 min walk to Eaton Centre.

AC was quite loud, but effective. Breakfast is pretty impressive for being included, eggs, sausages and make your own waffles

Staff were friendly and helpful, convenient location, comfortable room. It does need some minor repairs as it’s an older hotel. The one thing to be aware is that studded tires aren’t permitted in the parking garage so that was a bit of an inconvenience to find alternate parking especially with all the construction around the area.

The highlight was the staff, so friendly and helpful! The breakfast was also a pretty decent spread. The room was good, showing wear but for the price and the convenient location I didn’t mind. We did find a hair left in the shower which was kind of gross, but the rest of the bathroom was clean and the beds were fine. Overall I would stay again!

Rooms are very dated and showing it. Duvet cover had holes throughout, couch had holes, stains over the bathroom. Rooms smelt like weed and cigarettes. Glad we only had one night. Staff were friendly but I would not stay here again.
