We loved our stay. The room was massive. Basically two full rooms + a nice size bathroom. Felt like a mini apartment. Only things I wish was that breakfast/parking was included in the original price. Not a big deal though, it was a great place to stay!

We (mom & two teens) stayed one night for a track and field meet. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the sitting area and the extra doors between the bedroom and the hallway. The staff were excellent, both the front desk and the maintenance person who came to explain how to use the air conditioner (which worked great!). We did not try the pool or the restaurant. We were worried by some of the previous negative reviews, so the hotel exceeded expectations. The place is a bit dated but it is clean. You do hear noise if people are talking in the hallway but our stay was quiet overnight. You can hear the highway on that side of the building if you do not have the fan turned on. The extra fees were $20 for parking, $20 for facility fee, and a 2% tax (less than $5) that applies to all hotels in the Niagara area. The refundable security deposit is standard for any hotel stay. Overall it was excellent value for the cost, and we would stay there again for the same purpose.

Clean room

The property was in great shape, but they were renovations goin on on ht adjacent property. The restaurant was closed so there was no place to eat breakfast or dinner. No problem for us, but others might have a challenge with that. The room was spacious, clean and up to date. Parking was ample and close to the building. There was road noise fromt he QEW that runs just beside the building.

was not aware that we can get breakfast there at the hotel. This was our first time there. Should let people know there is a restaurant.

The gym was bad,you don’t have a lot of choice.The pool I never saw where it was.

Your charge resort charges without telling me. On check in they said they gonna charge 20 plus tax for parking only but at checkout they additional 20 for resort charges.

It’s hard to get into the pool with the card there a trick you have to do to get in. Quite time is extremely late at night. Children are allowed to run the halls yelling in the late night. If you book through here and paid in full your paying restort fees and other fees that are not upfront. Plus digit marketing fees. I was lie to when they requested that I cancel they would refund me which then turned around and said no refunds. The building is under construction in the other half. Room side was huge, good size. Front doors won’t working a few times they need to be fix to stop the glitching. Staff didn’t seem to like questioning about why to understand all the fees and immediately state to cancel.

I was genuinely impressed by how spotless the room was. Everything was impeccably clean, and the bedsheets were particularly fresh, which significantly enhanced my stay. The room felt well-maintained and cosy. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely think about staying here again.

We had no hot water in our bathroom and the walls are very thin. We could hear the person in the next room's conversation as well as noise from the highway.. Also we did not realize that we would be charged additional fees such as a resort fee, digital media fee, and parking fee on top of what we paid through Expedia.

Great place to stay and close to attractions

Room was clean and spacious. I would have appreciated a water cooler somewhere on the property aside from the gym which was closed when I inquired. A good location being that it was only 10 min from Niagara Falls and about a 20 min easy scenic drive to NFOTL and the outlet mall.
