Overall Ratings & Reviews Kahler Inn and Suites - Mayo Clinic Area

Staff were very courteous. Continental breakfast was very nice. Rooms were very comfortable and large enough. Lounge area with pool' pool table and snacks was very welcoming. Breakfast nook was great.

It was a great place for a one -two night stay but the facilities are dated.

The parking situation is inconvenient

The power strip didn’t work so the coffee maker had to be plugged in with the hair dryer, other than that, everything was good and the staff was helpful and friendly. We always try to stay at Kahler Inn and suites when in the Rochester area.

Room was good, construction sounds outside were loud

Nice and clean; great breakfast included; very helpful and supportive staff; perfect location to Mayo Clinic buildings.

I loved that we were right across from Mayo Clinic. We used the underground subway system to get to the clinic, so we avoided the humid weather. The rooms were clean and the price was very reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was construction across the street, but since were at the clinic all day it didn’t disturb us. Parking garage is a little squirrely, you have both incoming and outgoing cars on the same one car route.

Conveniently connected to Mayo Clinic, decent room but definitely outdated. The bed dust ruffle had stains, which made the bed feel dirty, no room service, shower nozzle was difficult to work, room smelled

The subway walk to the clinic

Room was clean but carpet in-between the beds & TV was damp. Continental breakfast was OK. Hotel is very convenient to the Charleston & Gonda buildings.

It was very nice and accommodating

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The property was clean and so very convenient for anyone who is visiting/a patient of Mayo Clinic.

There was a lot of construction making it difficult to navigate streets and locate parking ramps. Also, the Kahler Inn and Suites parking ramp is small with narrow lanes. I do not like their parking ramp. Having said that, Kahler Inn and Suites is usually where I stay when I have appointments at Mayo clinic.

Construction work across the street very noisy. Told they would quit at 6 but was closer to 7.

The room was nice and large. Very convenient to Mayo Clinic. They had very few parking spaces and a very low ceiling. I would still highly recommend it.
