Very polite staff, with nice comfort and rooms

The hotel was ok. The air con didn't work and it got really hot in our room. At least we could open the windows, which allowed a nice breeze, but did let the noise in from the apartments across. The breakfast was nice with a great selection of cheese, fresh squeezed orange juice was amazing! The room was adequate, not roomy.by any means, but it's expected. Would have been nice to have the hand/body wash replenished.

Amazing Breakfast included with room. A true Parisian bounty of wonderful items. Great Coffee/cafe After that you really only need to eat once more that day. Very cost effective. Great area not many tourists. Wonderful staff!!

Great value for a stay in Paris, with clean and comfortable rooms and a friendly and attentive staff. There's a delightful area within a few blocks with bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend

Great location, extremely friendly staff, kids friendly, decent size rooms, excellent breakfast. Will definitely go again for my Paris trips.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Two negatives, however. A/C was a unit that basically ran the fan only. (Our group had 5 rooms and it was the same in all). Made trying to sleep hot and restless. Also, second bed (and third if split) was an ikea style sofa converted into bed with cushions as the mattress.an adult could never sleep comfortably on one of these. Even my 7 year old complained of this.

This is my second time staying at this location. The staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is near the Metro but not so close to tourist attractions that you can't escape from all the people. This neighborhood has a local feel of Paris with good restaurants and friendly service.

Really nice room with a beautiful large window/door. Walking distance to the underground caves. Took the train to Disneyland.

Clean and updated

Very well located in the heart of the 13th arrondissement and close to the Corvisart metro station. We had two rooms for a family of four, with breakfast included, which was enjoyable. Place d'Italie is 10 minutes away with some nice restaurants. I would suggest this hotel to anyone.

More then expected. Great breakfast! We loved the location. The personnel were very polite.

Room was the siZe of a postage stamp. Couldn't tell yhe difference between this property type and a normal Ibis - not sure why this charges more. The breakfast was not great either. I will likely look for other properties in future qhen staying in Paris

The whole design quirky in keeping with the area family really enjoyed staying there prehsps not for old folk but we loved it.

For the price including breakfast it is an excellent deal. The location very close to a Metro stop which is well connected to several lines is perfect and the suburb is friendly with lots of bars and restaurants as well as a lovely street garden project. It felt like we experienced Paris life a little.

It was truly an amazing and a very enjoyable experience at all levels. The Butte aux Cailles a village like neighborhood is very nice and safe. It is strategically located between Place d'Italy and Denfert-Rochereau.

Very helpful staff, friendly and understanding. Good location to get into central Paris. Only the metro line is mostly closed at the moment. Staying only one night we wanted to make the most of our stay, so we were very happy with the late check out time at noon. Decided to go to Eiffel Tower in the morning only to get delayed getting back with replacement bus and were late for check out for almost an hour. But the staff were really understanding and made no fuss.

My partner and I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Our room on the 2nd floor had a small balcony with a really nice view of the center of Paris in one direction, and of the Butte-aux-Cailles neighborhood in the other direction. It was clean and fairly spacious, albeit with a very small bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and provided solid restaurant recommendations upon check-in that we put to good use. The complimentary breakfast each day included French pastries of very good quality, as well as fresh fruit and coffee. We would stay here again when visiting Paris, and recommend this hotel to others doing the same.

Pretty good location, close to metro. rooms a bit small, but comfortable, clean and relatively quiet. Breakfast was excellent,with a fresh orange juicer machine!. Front desk staff were great.
