The staff is good - particularly the breakfast staff. The hotel is mostly updated, but is clearly older and smells musty. The TV had a noisy cable modem attached. And, unfortunately, on our first night there we heard gun shots in the distance. Not a good start.

It was great for the proximity of the airport. Front desk staff was awesome. Room was comfortable!

The buffet breakfast was great. Also, right on a city bus line.

Front desk lady was Amazing/She iniciated asking if we needed help in picking dinner restaurants,And gave us three options close to the Arena as we where going to a graduation.She immediately asked how the graduation went when we came back.Made us feel very special

A good value. The hallway and elevator carpets are a bit worn and needed some vacuuming but the rooms are clean and neat.

Hotel was nice and clean but the internet connection was terrible

Large clean room. Very quiet even though it's close to the airport and highway. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good breakfast with wide array of choices. Elevator and hallways could benefit from an update. There is a separate bin for recycling in the room which was much appreciated as it's rarely seen in hotels.

Very friendly and knowledgeable about surrounding areas. Very convenient. They supply are shower essentials.

It was ok

I visited this hotel for graduation and I realized that their was mold on the ceilings in the bathroom, no microwave on the 1st floor. Other than that everything that was stated would be included was there including breakfast and that was great.

It was nice but there was a black stain on the floor in the bathroom and it sort of smelled like smoke. Another thing is the shower door that bangs on the wall. I heard other peoples doors so I know they heard mine and it was just really loud.

I LEFT AT 615 AM, BECAUSE I HAD TO GO LOOK FOR BREAKFAST.. BREAKFAST WAS NOT SET UP YET.

There was a cockroach crawling on the desk area.
