It was great love the hotel!

Great hotel, very clean. Friendly and attentive staff. Close to restaurants, stores and places of interest.

Construction in front, no access , no parking. Major inconvenience especially with luggage having to drag them on the streets of Zaragoza to get to the hotel. Parking very far

We had a wonderful stay and the front desk let us know about Holy Week activities. The front desk was amazing! The room was nice and large and clean. Would highly recommend this hotel. Note the outside is under construction so we could not pull up in front of the hotel.

No parking, no EV charger, rooftop closed, no coffee pot in the room and when we called to get directions because of HEAVY construction, we were hung up on twice.

Great property. The only inconvenience is the construction right at the door.

Lovely room and most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Food in restaurant was great, although we were the only people in there! Only downside is the huge amount of building work directly outside the hotel makes it hard to find and you have to park in a public multi storey and drag your cases round the corner to get there

Excellent hotel Love to stay at the Melia hotels whenever I travel

The hotel staff was very friendly and provided excellent information of places of interest. The hotel location is perfect, at walking distance of local attractions. The hotel room was big, however the distribution of space and facilities can be improved; example: the badroom and the beds area are only divided by an almost transparent curtain thats does not provides any privacy.

The area is highly convenient, featuring a wide variety of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. This makes it easy to grab a meal or enjoy a coffee break without needing to travel far. The vibrant local dining scene offers options for every taste. Additionally, the presence of cozy coffee shops provides great spots for relaxing afternoon, contributing to a lively and welcoming community atmosphere.

This property was listed in Expedia as having laundry facilities. After a 16 day tour, i was desperate to do my laundry and a classy hotel with laundry facilities and on property carpark suited me. However, I was told to park at an offsite car park and was told they have a per piece laundry service, and no laundry facilities. It is a nice hotel with free drinks from your room minibar, but with limited nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Just don't plan to do any self laundry, because there are no facilities.

Great place, super modern with profeasional service.

Lovely modern recently renovated property in the center of Zaragoza. The staff was outstanding! Everyone from the wonderful front desk staff to the room cleaning staff and restaurant workers were so warm, personable and friendly. We were very well taken care of!!

Loved the room and the location..... Staff was wonderful. Restaurant (after we made reservation), was just awful.. questioned if we had a reservation (we showed proof by our e-mail), place was almost empty, yet we felt disrespected by having to prove our res. Food was not great, and service was terrible.
