They were not ready for check in and had to wait until 4pm. The rooms were dirty and staff rude.

I only had cash and they refused me so I never received a room but the problem I was there at 2:30, 30 minutes before check in and I was not informed then. So I came back after 9:00 pm I didn’t have for plan b because everything was closed. So I had to sleep in the car. Booked through Expedia. Poor experience completely. I was there because I lost a love one. Kid as night mgt.

Under construction and not mentioned. Room was clean, but everything else in the hotel was filthy! Space in room was awkward, hard to get around with 3 people. Bathroom needs updated, tons of chipping in tub. Only one working elevator and it was SLOW!! Front staff not attentive or friendly, on their phone. Breakfast looked like it was made in an easy bake oven, bacon was transparent looking. breakfast area was never cleaned up, food in the seats, coffee never refilled, breakfast never refilled even after asking (it was 7:45am).

Spacious room with nice sitting area. Even though the room was next to the elevator, there was no noise. Great breakfast included with choices of hot and cold items. Close to airport and rental car returns.

It’s wasn’t bad. No pool plus they are remodeling they need to be closed so the customers won’t be disturbed

Convenient and easy to get to off of highway. Shuttle service was on time and fast to and from the airport.

Room was nice staff was very nice and the free breakfast was wonderful just upset they took the pool out but still hv it listed online

Not nearly as nice and well maintained as several other Hyatt Place Hotels that I've stayed in.

This property is very clean, the staff was professional & polite. The transportation to the airport was prompt

It seems it's been under construction for quite some time. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was great. Place could use some TLC

Everything was fine. But the food was so limited.

The issue with the room was that the air conditioner was very loud. Also it wouldn’t turn off.

It was perfect for our two night stay. Breakfast was very good. Loved the free parking.

There were roaches all over the room bed bathroom walls. When i got up at night to go to the rest room i am so discussed and want a refund could not sleep
