Bathroom door was not it. While sharing a room the door would slid and not lock.

False advertisement, said it was Destin it was not in Destin it was in Niceville

Room was clean, pool was nice. Breakfast was mediocre bc of selection and quality of food. I probably will not be staying at another Sleep Inn due to having roaches in the room and bathroom. I also was having problems with the toilet flushing properly. Staff had to come fix it twice.

The cleaning man on July 26, 2025 was very rude and disrespectful when I told him we had extra time for our checkout due to an inconvenience we had during the check-in.

Checked in through a kiosk machine with a person on the other side . No one at front desk room was neat bathroom looked dirty. When it was time to lay down sheets were stained . My kids said they saw little cockroaches on desk and fridge area . Walls had some mold . We got in super late so we ended up waking up late and a man knocked on the door at exactly 11am check out time and when I opened the door he’s like need to check out , you have 5 min . So I rushed the kids and husband and the whole time he was standing outside the door on his phone didn’t know if he was looking at time or what. It was just a creepy place and do not recommend at all . Oh also, they charged a $100 deposit 🙄🙄🙄

The staff was polite, however, there is a lack of care of the conditions of the property area and the rooms. One actual front desk person was working the property while all other workers were through a live video feed kiosk. Nonworking/broken fan/light in the bathroom, mattresses were dirty, bed sheets and blankets looked wrinkled and dirty, what looked like mold and dirt in room and bathroom, but what really pushed me over the edge were the roaches that I found in the room. One on the fridge and one on my pillow. There was an awful smell when we entered the room. The staff was accommodating by offering another room, but I didn’t feel comfortable to stay. There also was a strong smell of marijuana on the bottom floor coming from one (or more) of the rooms which didn’t seem to be a concern for anyone. I am waiting on my full refund, as we didn’t stay one night. Should have done more research before booking.

Breakfast was very minimal, not much variety. Lobby was also very hot. Bathroom door would close properly. Bed cover had a stain.

I’ve stayed twice in the past month. Both rooms’ tiles in bathtub/shower combo need cleaning. Ideally, these should be cleaned each time the room is turned over, but it is obvious they aren’t cleaned in even a weekly basis: soap, conditioner, and shampoo were splattered and smeared. I asked for the tile to be cleaned the morning after my first night of my first stay, but it was never cleaned. The second stay was the same condition. Otherwise, the room was sparklingly clean!

Do not stay here. My sister and I could not wait to leave this place. She asked me to drop her off at the airport 5 hours before her flight out of Destin-Fort Walton AFB rather then hanging out in this hotel! CREAPY!!

It was great but the kiosk was a little weird other than that it was real good. I’m just not used to a kiosk

No air in the lobby, no front desk clerk, pool area small and room was not cleaned enough for me. Left and found another place to stay.

Breakfast had nothing on it after 8am and was served until 9am. Room wasn't bad fridge didn't get thst cold but worked.
