You get what you pay for. The property was well worn. Several areas in the hotel had water damage or worn out carpet. And the property did not offer any dining or liquor options. But it was a more affordable option than other mid priced hotel properties. It was conveniently located about 90 minutes from N Y city. The area was a little dicey.

I didn't like how the elevator was broken and the $100 for incidentals. That should be optional.

Clean room and friendly front desk.

The toomhas been refurbished and things look new to me, It is clean and comfortable. It is convenient for me to stay at this place for the night. There is a diner just around the corner so kaing it really easy to have a meal near the hotel. The front desk people are friendly and easy to talk to. Overall, I had a pleasant and relaxed stay.

Needs a great deal of attention to repairs and cleanliness.

Family friendly. Breakfast is not included though.

This hotel is extremely dirty, not a clean place to stay at all.

The worst place ever stayed at. Absolutely NOTHING! No coffee, water, breakfast. Just about ready to close the place down...For the price, a real RIPE OFF!!!!! Did not feel safe walking in the halls!

Clean room. It is a decent place to stay.

The staff was friendly but the condition of the hotel was horrible. The elevator was down so we had to take the other level up and walk across the building and had to walk up two flights of stairs. I have a heart condition and had a heart time. The room was clean. The hotel overall needs a lot of tlc. I will never stay there again.

Elevator out of order...shoddy bathroom repair, no hot water in sink, no light over sink, top of door catches on ceiling light fixture. Beds were clean and comfortable...TV hard to figure out if you're not an AV Technician. One ice machine on the third floor walkup.

Needs remodeling i think people lives there service was not good with one staff they had no ice machines and they ran out of ice for everyone

ROACH MOTEL! Stay away from this poor excuse for a hotel. Our room door was jammed and when I finally was able to open it, I got hit with a foul smell of cigarettes, mildew, and grossness. The rugs were filthy and stained. The bathroom was disgusting. And the icing on the cake, ROACHES. I had to book another hotel, on the spot. Hopefully I'll get a refund from hotels.com. NEVER AGAIN!

OK place but needs some upgrades- No dining

Property is not kept well. Bathroom was ridiculously small, shower curtains don’t close all the way, bed dressings were stained. Looks nothing like the pictures on the advertisement .

Nice area. Convenient to highway. Marijuana smell. Both knees replaced, & elevator on our side was out of order. Had to carry stuff up a flight of stairs. Couldn't change rooms because I booked w Expedia. Not happy.

The property appears to have been either something else or in better condition at some point in the past. The staff are friendly albeit wearing jeans and t-shirts. The pictures of the outside look great; the inside is very dated and in definite need of a updating. The rooms are comfortable enough - the property would benefit greatly from a refresh.

Usually all I require of a hotel is a good bed and a hot shower. But this was a nice room in well-maintained condition (and with nice pillows), which made the experience very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful, especially as I had made two separate reservations which needed to be linked up. Location was very convenient to the highway.
