Very good experience overall. Clean room and staff was professional and courteous. The area located is far from the historic district but it is a walkable distance to the metro. The room servicing was good. The bathroom was nice with a tub included, as well as shampoo and bath gel. There is laundry service for a fee. Overall a good experience.

Nice front desk staff

The room was clean, towels were replaced daily, a little noise as our room was near the bank of lifts. The water taps were a struggle, soap dispensers dis-functional, warm towel rail not working, bathroom extractor fan not working, wi-fi useless. Black tea/coffee/milk not provided.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom on our second day. We were moved to another room after informing reception, but then there was pubic hair in the bathtub drain in the new room. Very poor cleanliness. The only good things were the very comfortable beds and the location.

We arrived at the hotel without a prior booking. I asked at reception for the rate for two adults and a child for the night. I was given a price, but after parking the car and returning to check in, I was told the rate had increased because it apparently only applied to two adults. I am certain I had clearly requested the rate for two adults and a child. At that point, we had already parked and unloaded our luggage, so despite the confusion, we went ahead and paid the new rate. What I found especially disappointing was the lack of any apology or acknowledgment that there may have been a misunderstanding. Instead, the staff member chose to lecture me, saying, “Of course the price is higher for three people — a child doesn’t stay for free in a hotel!” This interaction left a poor impression, not because of the price difference, but because of the dismissive and condescending tone. A little understanding and courtesy would have made a difference.

Good facility, clean and very helpful and courteous staff. Rooms very clean. The location is convenient to walk to the outstanding Aquarium, Science and Art Museum. Nice Park for long pleasant walks. Huge shopping mall Aqua and Corte Ingles within 10-15 minutes' walk. The center and historic places easy to reach by bus and taxi, even walking for 25 minutes if you like to walk and get a good feeling about the city beautiful boulevards and green areas. Some areas the city's sewage smell is perceptible. WC (toilettes facilities are a challenge in the city and restaurants- in museums and public buildings they are good, but in restaurants WC are limited and challenging for people with discapacity or limitations and they are not typically open to use the "facilities" unless you are a customer). In the hotel proper, the water sometimes came out hyper chlorinated - if you are concerned for chlorine odors or your hair- but the showers and bathrooms are excellent, clean and very spacious. Overall, very good to excellent experience- hotel, public transportation. Valencia's architecture (old and new) and cultural traditions are superb.

Enjoyable stay at Eurostars Acteón. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Close to the science museums and places to eat. Breakfast had a good variety, however, was mostly luke warm instead of being hot. Sometimes food had run out and it took some time to be replaced. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Good location, close to shops and restaurants. Easy to find a free parking. Friendly staff. Room was ok, but extremely hot! AC didn’t work and the maintenance was called. They told us they couldn’t fix it, as default on winter…

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city but there is easy transportation available to the city from the hotel. The hotel has free parking which is a big plus. The hotel is glamorous from the inside. The surrounding area has local stores if you need something handy.
