The front desk assistants were helpful and honest. I really didn't realize that I left my mobile phone on the front desk and they returned it to me. Furthermore, this Novotel was very generous as during check in they gave my son a jar of candies and surprisingly when check out they gave again. Surely my son was so happy staying there.
