The bedroom mattress is so old uncomfortable and it’s like a big U in the middle. The shower tub was nasty plus mold, black grout. Everything is old the furniture piece that holds the TV microwave with drawers falling apart.. the property is dirty. Cigarette butts everywhere.

Stairs were blocked off so had to use the 1 elevator to get ice. Most ice machines and vending machines were out of order. Floors showed water damage. Picture frames damaged. Light fixtures rusting. Fridge don’t work. First room reeked of smoke so we had to ask for a different room. Parking lot was well lit at night but still didn’t feel safe. Lots of stomping, noise, and loud car stereos after midnight each night. There is a “beware of child trafficking” poster at the check-in desk which should’ve been a warning. It still remains true—you get what you pay for, and this is one of the least expensive options in the area.

The motel or hotel, is very dirty, no running water in the toilet. The areas is very ,very dirty. You can even spend one minute you will get sick. The whole room was very dirty. I will never go there in life, or even to recommend someone, I will not do it.

Upon arriving my sister booked this hotel she stayed with me the first 2 nights on the 3rd night I booked in my name and soon after the general manager came and asked me to checkout immediately I explained my situation and she agreed to let me stay considering it was my last night there anyway. I spoke with the GM again to find out why I was on the do not rent list because it wasn’t clear to me the reason. She explained it was because of a confrontation that my husband had with the house keeping manager Ms Deb who is a rude disrespectful older lady and she is who represents their company. On a previous stay the front desk prematurely called the cops because they didn’t see my reservation but I had already paid. When the cops showed up they busted in the room with my kids and husband scaring the kids causing them to cry profusely. We went to talk to front desk where my husband expressed his frustration only to be insulted by the housekeeping manager Ms Debb who claimed she didn’t care about the kids being scared and crying and she was not apologetic at all for a mistake they made. This caused the argument to escalate between her and my husband which he was being very respectful until she exclaimed she didn't care, So apparently they placed us on the do not rent list because of their bad business decision instead of doing their due diligence and checking all aspects of payment before calling the police on a family with kids Horrible people with no business etiquette!

Front desk staff were not talkative and just kept pointing at screens for me to sign. Charged my credit card $50 without explanation of what it was for. Could not understand how to get access to my room. Finally figured it out. Maybe the guy was tired or doesn’t speak English - he should not be working the front desk!

Stayed for 3 nights the first night in room 202 the window seal was missing and dug up looks like grout and mold. The floor was dirty there was a spill in the corner by the bed that wasn’t cleaned up by housekeeping. I stepped in it and my sock got stuck in it, so I had to throw my sock away. I checked out hoping to go somewhere else but they were the cheapest so upon checking in the other room it seemed slot better. But there were stains on the curtains. I placed my bag on the floating closet and it shifted then I realized the screw was loose. My kids took there shoes off within 5 min their feet were fully filthy and black. U went and bought my own mop and mopped the floor over and over until the mop was rinsing a little clear it took about 10 Times. I mopped that floor 10 tines just so I could be comfy because my baby girl kept playing on the floor and It was disgusting.

The wifi was not working. The water drained so slow in the shower and sink that the tub and sink fill with water. Cleaning staff is great. Front desk is great in afternoon and evening. Frint frsk is terrible overnight and esrly morning.

The room was poor. Other than made beds, the floor was sticky, the sink/vanity was falling apart (literally), dirty walls, ceiling tiles missing, I could go on and on. It was cheap for a reason. The property was VERY unkept. Floor tiles pulled up and missing, doors dirty and not fully on hinges, trash cans falling apart. This hotel was very UNKEPT and I am surprised this property passed any inspections or is up to any sort of code. I am a veteran and do not consider myself a hotel snob. This was a gross property.
