The walk way along the river was beautiful. There was hair on the bathroom floor & walls. TV remote didn’t work properly. No blackout curtains. Nice view out the window. Bathroom needs to be updated & cleaned better. Good Breakfast.

Good overnight stop for a quick stop.

This place needs some serious updates. Very dated. Front desk staff checking in was rather “standoff-ish”. Rooms were blah. Beds were horrible. Pros: very close to downtown area and the falls and relatively quiet. Train horns woke us up every morning.

The only elevator was not working most of one day during a 3 day stay and we were on 4th floor. Breakfast was very crowded with too many tables for the space. Window blinds were in need of dusting. An “ick” factor when seated by the window. The hot breakfast was very poor and did not change in offering or quality each morning. Parking was limited with overflow parking reached by leaving property on busy street to access an adjacent properly. There were no towel racks for hand towels or bath towels in the bathroom but there was hanging artwork. I would have preferred being able to hang towels up instead of looking at artwork. This was a very old property with only okay comfort and amenities. Poor value for the price.

Great place to stay on the river within walking distance of everything

We had a wonderful view of the river and were able to walk to dinner and the Falls.

Elevators broken down. Stairwells filthy. Room ok. Staff was friendly and helpful. Notified day of arrival that elevators down when had been out of order x several days. Inadequate staffing to make process of getting luggage/ belongings to room ( senior citizens) streamlined. First room odorous so room changed.

The downtown area of this hotel was beautiful. The only problem we had was that the elevators were down during our 2 night visit.

We've stayed here multiple times and it has gone so far down hill we won't be going back. On this trip, it was dirty, the elevator was broken all 4 days, the pool was out of order on and off the entire trip, the washing machine was broken and continously flooded the laundry room, the rooms have patches on the doors and walls, the room never got cool and was like a humid terrarium. It's a hot mess that's needs to be shut down and renovated! Oh and it seems as though the staff has little to no confidence in anything being done about any of it as one last said the elevator repair man just made the problem worse!

Staff was friendly. Elevator was out of service. Room was overall pretty clean. There was a big stain on the carpet which was a little gross. There was also hair on some of the pillow cases when we arrived. Breakfast was slightly above your average continental breakfast. Overall, it was neat and not terrible for a place to sleep.

We were disappointed with the quality of the room. The TV was malfunctioning (turning on and off repetitively), the tub drained very slowly, and one of the box frames was broken. The pool was also closed for maintenance, and the elevator was out of service (which we understand is likely out of their control). We are thankful that it was a quiet night, we slept well, and that the room was set nice and cool at 60°. The continental breakfast was as expected and well tended to.

Loved being close to downtown and the falls! Property was a bit run down, elevator was out of service, but we were there for a softball tournament and the kids didn’t mind a bit-the pool was a hit. Staff let us congregate as a team in the meeting room which was very sweet of them. There was a very loud shouting match in the hallway outside our room one night, but it was taken care of quickly.

Room was clean and spacious. Elevator was down so we used the stairs to get to our room, carpet was horribly stained. We were tired so decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. Staff were great, food was ok. Breakfast was ok, too.

The elevator was undergoing repairs during our stay. We received a text about it in advance of our stay. The hotel offered to help us find other accommodations in the area if necessary; however, we were only planning to be there 1 night so decided to keep our reservation. When we arrived, the staff were very accommodating and changed our room from the 4th floor to the 2nd floor so we wouldn't have to climb so many stairs.

Our car was broken into. I was told by front desk that they have no security cameras for their parking lot.

The staff were all super nice. The free breakfast was exactly what we needed and fresh. The restaurant and river walk to the falls were bonuses!
