It is a good hotel to stay a night or two. Family friends with lots of games in the lobby

Really convenient hotel for travelling between uk and southern europe

This hotel is what it is .. budget property on the edge of town. Rooms are functional and small. There is a bar and restaurant on site - don’t pay the ridiculous amount they want for breakfast. The challenge is that it seems to be understaffed - we had to wait a long time with no one around for check in - and staff were surly and unhelpful.

Nightmare. Property is old and tired and it shows. Aircon was not working in our room in the hottest week of the year - the hallway was cooler. Staff tried to help but ultimately only could provide a fan. We arrived at 8:30 pm but were not able to dine at the hotel's restaurant as it was "fully booked". In fact, it was empty, but they seem not to accept walk ins (why would you not monetise a captive audience is a mystery, as there really aren't many walkable alternatives). Breakfast was plain, average at best.

We booked this hotel, it seemed easy to commute to city center. However, bus A don't commute to hotel's location after 8 pm in weekdays and 7 pm in weekends. This was a negative experience for us and I think everyone should take this situation into consideration. For hotel's conditon, I can say it would be better if the room was cleaner. Comfort was good. Breakfast was ok, but not the best. Dinner service was very slow and food quality was poor. If I will visit Colmar again, I would not stay in this hotel.

Well located hotel with nice rooms but the bathrooms need to be updated & modernised. Plenty of places to eat nearby ideal location for Colmar & visiting Alsace region. Very good breakfast with wide choice. The added bonus was that our 2no dogs were allowed at the hotel for a reasonable additional cost

One night stay. Overpriced hotel with very basic furnishings in bedroom which was small. Restaurant provided basic menu but ok.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast included was good. We had a pleasant stay here.

Friendly and accomodating staff. Noisy rooms also too hot even with the thetmistat turned down and window open. We did not try the restaurant in the evening as the reviews we read were rather negative so we wrnt to a bar lounge a 3 minute walk away, we also weren't going to pay 12e/person for breakfast when there was a pastusserie over the road. The shower was awful and the toilet seat height too high.

Nice, quiet hotel, with basic but comfortable accommodation. Excellent breakfast.

Our second overnight stay here, we arrived very late and just had time for a drink from the bar before bed. Everything you need for an overnight stop in one place. Close to pretty Colmar and also a few fast food outlets.

This hotel is on a main road outside of town. Our room was livable but very basic. For example, there was only one jerry-rigged power point for the entire room. There is a small shopping center across the street with an organic supermarket; that was a nice touch. Still, don't stay here without a car.

Easy to find and convenient for travelling. The staff were very helpful and efficient. The room lacked amenities such as an iron and hot drink making facilities, but was clean and comfortable.

Good hotel standard ibis rooms not far from motorway

Stayed here for 1 night passing through. It’s a bit tired and they have clearly tried to do it up a little with a coat of paint. The beds were comfortable and the room was lovely and clean. The buffet breakfast was a little short of choices but it did the job. A couple of staff were very friendly but a couple were quite rude. We didn’t get asked to pay the city tax on arrival and ended up trying to work out if any of the rooms in our booking had paid or not as some of us had checked out before the others. One lady who dealt with us was very apologetic and it was only her second day at job, she was lovely. The other lady serving and badly attempting to help her was abrupt, rude and didn’t explain if any of our party had paid and just charged for everyone. I wouldn’t stay here again to be fair but it did serve it’s purpose as a place to get our heads down for the night ready to travel again the next day. I would say this was a 2 star hotel to fair and you get what you pay for, no frills and simple.

Big rooms, excellent price, free parking lot and good staff.
