Awesome breakfast, staff are great, our room was just one of the best I ever booked.

Suites are very spacious and comfortable. Location is close to Whiteoaks mall… and a few outlet stores. Many restaurants close by too. This is always my go to when visiting London.

We had a great stay at this location. The rooms look modern and newly renovated. The rooms were clean and fresh. We were at an event close by and the staff was very accommodating with allowing us to leave our car parked for few hours after we checked out. The breakfast was excellent. There was a great selection of food and the kitchen staff went above and beyond to help guests, keep breakfast area clean and had hot food coming out quickly. Especially because there was an event happening so there was a lot of people. Thanks. I would definitely stay here again

Lovely place to stay. The exterior does not do this hotel justice. The rooms are incredible!!!!!

Hot breakfast in the morning

I was very pleased when I fisrt saw my room. The room was clean and a good size with a sitting area and a separate bedroom. There was also a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, sink microwave and coffee machine. Unfortunately there were a few things that I was not happy with. First, the television in the bedroom had no reception. 2nd, the thermostat didn’t work. There was no temperature change in the room when the temp on the thermostat was adjusted. It sat at 67 degrees the whole time. What was worse was the vents in the room never stopped blowing making it difficult to sleep. The hotel offered a free breakfast buffet, but I didn’t have the chance to check it out.

The property is fairly new, clean and convenient. Staff were friendly and the price was right.

Everything was very good

The toilet was clogged when we got there and they just brought me a plunger to plunge it myself because it was after 6pm and there was no maintenance person on site at that time. The ventilation system was also very loud and we had trouble sleeping because of it.

Clean and nice property. There are sufficient staff to keep public areas clean, like gym, breakfast room.
