The hotel is old world elegant and very quiet. The bar is a welcome stop at the end of a busy day. Julia is behind the bar and after the first day remembered our names and favorite end of day drink. It was my wife’s birthday trip and we were greeted with an English cake, flowers and balloons. We will be back.

Wonderful hotel in all respects

Marcella in housekeeping was wonderful! Aurora at Reception was just terrific, too! We were in the Regent. It was a long way from reception but the room was adequate.

The Stay was good, but the service in the artesian restaurant for breakfast was not to the standard that would have been expected.

Everything except for a 10 minute wait for breakfast
