Elegant hotel in Downtown Hartford. We were in town for a local graduation and had a great stay.

It was very convenient safe and clean easy access to room and staff was very helpful even when we stop off at wrong floor the employees at the door helped with our baggage and this hotel is my first choice in future. Thanks

Electronic outlets inadequate.

Rooms were decent. Wish they had a bit more lighting. Overall enjoyed our stay

What a lovely renovated, boutique hotel! The room was large, bathroom and amenities were top notch. I always appreciated a nice robe! We were very satisfied with out stay.

I always stay at The Goodwin when in Hartford because the rooms are beautiful, service is excellent, and location is perfect for visiting my college student.

Good overall. No full breakfast was a little unexpected. Lovely front door staff.

The Goodwin is a masterpiece if you wanna have a really nice time great vibe great staff with a charm like if you’re home go to the Goodwin the area around it is a little sus, but it’s downtown Hartford. What do you expect as far as the Goodwin, it’s an amazing place to stay!

Luxurious! Would not stay anywhere else in Hartford!

Not as much of a classic old hotel vibe as i expected. More of a modern classic vibe. Nothing t complain about except the $3,00 charge for what should be complenentary bottled water in the room. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Garage elevator to building lobby attached to hotel redeption. Very friendly and attentive staff. A block away from Black Eyed Sally's soul food restaurant. Don't miss

The room Was really hot. But it was nice and clean and swanky
