The room is big, but very very old, and loud. It should be advertised as 3 stars, definitely not 4 stars.

Perfect. The location is near the station to the airport and malls. Friendly hotel service. It's great to be happy to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is quite old, poor soundproofing. Unfriendly staffs (I mean reception not housekeeping staff).

Clean & big room. But the deposit $ 300 is too much.

Hotel has a bar next to the reception and the patrons are unruly to say the least. The noise from the bar lowers the standards of the hotel. The bar should be completely blocked from the reception with no thoroughfare.

The location is near hay st. Mall and places to eat. Friendly staff. Rooms are quite spacious, although the building is old, but well-maintained. Upon check-in, a 200 aud deposit is requested, which will be canceled after 2 days of check out (it is quite difficult to check, if we travel no longer in the city of Perth). But after I checked back to the hotel (I haven't left the city perth), the reception staff immediately gave proof of cancel deposit when checking in. Overall everything is OK.
