The staff was unfriendly.We been promised upgrade because we were on the first floor and whole night we weren’t able to sleep as the AC unit from second floor plopping water all the time and make ridiculous noise.The mattresses are too soft and all of us having trouble to sleep,plus now we have a back pains.Not going to advise anyone to stay at this hotel if it’s not an only option in Napa city.Waist of money by me.

Very nice, updated room. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice to have a restaurant and pool onsite. Excellent Italian restaurant across the street—very walkable. We will definitely consider for future trips to Napa and will recommend to family and friends.

Decent, clean, convenient, nothing more

The staff was super helpful and friendly. I asked them about the wineries and they gave me very helpful tips. One staff member took the time to explain how we can get around expensive "tasting fees". We ended up saving tons of money!

The hotel manager was wonderful as was the staff! Very friendly, helpful and responsive.

Limited parking and was charged for parking even though that wasn’t disclosed when I booked. Also showed online that breakfast was included but lady at front desk said it was not.

A really beautiful place to stay with friendly staff. Very comfortable bed with lots of room in the hotel room! Only complaint is the lack of soundproofing makes it so you can hear your neighbors rather easily. Otherwise it’s a perfect stay close to many wonderful places!

I always stay here when I’m visiting my sister in Napa. The staff is delightful. I have to laugh at the light switch when you come in the door because it’s a cut out in the closet. It always makes me laugh. Your prices are very reasonable for the area too

Really like the hotel. The room is spacious and a nice King size bed. I like the shower is separated from the sink area. Lighting could be better. Sink area lighting is a bit too dark and couldn't find the switch for the foyer light.

The walls are just too thin. I slept early and woke up several times due to noise outside the room.

Lovely pool. Clean rooms! Great stay.
