I did not like that the room did nir have a coffe machine and there is only one coffe shop close to the hotel no many options

Very convenient location to walk to museums. Dining options also walkable, as were shopping. Staff was helpful, friendly and professional. King Suite was large and tub was a luxury. My rating is because I expected a 4-star room and it felt low-rent. Plastic tile floors in main area. The bed seemed to be without a box spring which made it really low to the ground. The mattress needed an update as well. The room needs some updating.

Location is best im America. EVERYTHING is right there. Staff is extremely attentive and excellent workers. They found all kind of perks and things to offer us. Truly above and beyond. The property is older; needs renovations to bring it to 22 st century with period details. Our compliments to all employees who made us feel welcome and gave us the VIP treatment.

Nice location and hotel.

The hotel benefits from an excellent location, just a short walk from Central Park, Fifth Avenue, and Madison Avenue. However, the overall experience does not reflect a true five-star standard. The room was quite average, lacking adequate wardrobe and storage facilities—essentially just an open space with a hanging rail. The drawers available were small and could not fit too much. The bathroom appeared outdated, and the attempts to modernise it were poorly executed. For instance, the taps were awkwardly positioned and difficult to access. I could not believe that someone could design the space so badly. The tub and shower were old and scratched. In the bathroom, the socket for the hairdryer was loose, posing a potential health and safety hazard. We could not use it. The breakfast was average. We only had breakfast at the hotel one morning, as it did not justify the high cost.

We stayed at the Lowe’s for 6 nights and it was one of the best hotel stays I have had. Everything was top notch. Clean, beautiful, and great location. The room was so comfortable and very spacious. But, the best part was how kind and helpful every hotel employee was. Will definitely be booking another stay.

Great property with excellent staff. My only complaint was noise above my 3rd floor room. It sounded like chairs being dragged on the floor all night long for the entire time of our stay.

We loved our spacious hotel room. Usually the rooms in nyc are small but the Loews are big. Service was great!

We were in NY a couple of days to visit my daughter. Each time I approached the desk staff for anything, they just couldn’t care enough to actually address the problem. We were woken up by LOUD drilling. The answer? “I’ll pass on your concern to the manager”. Need a key, extend your stay, get water for the room, anything was really just more than they wanted to deal with (Bell guys were amazing). The Loews is not the most expensive hotel in NYC, but is certainly not inexpensive in any way. It’s also not the nicest or only hotel in NYC and their desk service has convinced me that they’d like me to go back to The Pierre. Thanks Loews!
