Everything is very good . And very friendly and helpful.

Quiet and walkable to historic areas

Easy walk into St Augustine. A hotel that is a bit tired and pretty basic but still costs a lot of money compared to others that we have stayed at. Slept well enough but breakfast was disappointing.

We enjoyed the stay here. The staff is very nice and the rooms are comfortable. It’s a good option for one or two days.

This little hoyel is so cute! Its close to everything, and literally right next door to the Fountain of Youth. The bed was comfy and the rooms were simple but nice, the bathroom was lovely too. Overall my experience was excellent. Room attendees are nice and check in on you to make sure you have everything you need. My ONLY gripe would be the shower head. The water pressure coming from it was so intense it actually kinda hurt lol! It couldnt be adjusted either so couldnt take a really long shower but like i said, its my only complaint really. Everything else makes up for it. Would highly recommend. =)

Convenient affordable location close to fountain of youth and not too far away from downtown. Surprisingly nice outside area with a huge old life oak tree

Unique outside and modern inside. Loved the old time feel from the outside, massive historical significance held up thru time. Bed was comfortable and the room had a futon and 2 sitting chairs. Bed frame was a little scary due to metal thin frame on tile floor. Bathroom was big and the shower was hot. Sprayed on the floor, but was great. Has a little refrigerator in the room, coffee and microwave. The breakfast was good also. Eggs, sausage, bagels, yogurt, coffee, milk, orange juice, apple juice, cereal, bananas and some muffins. The breakfast area is a little small, but it worked. Pool was clean and looked good. Pool towels were offered but was empty. Overall: definitely worth the time and money.

Convenient location near the historic center. For the price, this place is an excellent value. The breakfast - even though it was free - it was really bad.

Front desk was polite and welcoming; Location was ideal, trolley stop in parking lot. No noise from traffic at night. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast as expected; no frills but adequate for price paid.

We liked the location. We were at the end and it was quiet. We didn’t realize that the fountain of youth and the jail house was located right next to us.

Nice stay for the price. It was clean and the beds were comfotable. Had a bit of a musty odor whenwe first arrived. The a/c took care of that. It is a very basic room, but if you want a shower and nice bed after a long day, it was great. The breakfast had a nice selection. It is an older hotel that has been refurbished. It is close to shopping and dining. The peacocks on the property visiting from the Fountain of Youth were beautiful and entertaining. I would stay again.

The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was clean. If you book the Old Town Hop-On Hop-Off Trolley tour, one of the stops is conveniently located right at the hotel, next to “The Senator” a 600-year-old oak tree.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice and quiet.
