The representative at the desk gave me a first-floor room. I couldn't climb the stairs, so check-in was at 3 p.m., not at 11 a.m.

Easy check in quiet no drama

Pool was dirty. The room was clean. The shower was a little bit of a mess with the shower curtain and water everywhere. Overall it wasn’t a bad hotel.

Very clean room and property overall was great. I would definitely recommend staying here.

It was not cleaned well and I saw bugs in the room. Internet was hard to get into. Would recommend but if you need it for a quick night, go for it

It was only for a night, the breakfast they need to have more options and utensil available

Beautiful setting and walking distance to good restaurants. They are making lots of improvements which will make it the higher end hotel it could/should be.

The check in and service was great. I will say that it appears some one is trying to remodel the facility. However, the shower head in our room was black, poor water flow, the ceilings and bathroom area had mold or mildew on it. The air quality from the air conditioning unit just smelt stale or old. This is in a great location, it just needs some serious TLC

I loved the lake next to the hotel but the hotel needs major upgrades. The faucet in the bathroom was coming out of the wall. and for where the hotel located it outward appearance is very outdated and that's not good as it sets on a major highway

Hotel is outdated and not well maintained. Feels old and not taken care. Even the coffee tasted old. Overall, we would not recommend.

The staff was great. Room was very clean. But the toilet stopped up and my friend went to the office and had to fix it with the plunger they gave him. And there was bugs. We left and when we returned I found 2 roaches crawling on my bed and 1 was on the table. I would return there for sure if they get the roaches gone.

The room was horrible the linen had stains on it . The mattress for the sofa bed was dirty I’ve been there before wasn’t that bad it was terrible. Bathroom had a smell lamp brown spotted up with stains I’m sorry it wasn’t clean at all.

This hotel had a pool but not in use; there were wires and hoses in alley and out front room. Cigarettes buttss and garbage near rooms on floor. Construction materials lying around. Tripped several times. Not worth the money.

After driving over 9 hours, we get there at 3:00 pm and the room wasn't ready, it wasn't ready for another hour or so! The AC had a funny smell, the phone didn't work, the Internet didn't work, the TV didn't work, the microwave would shut off after 5 seconds. The coffee ran out in the cafeteria and on lobby, no one around, two women who clearly worked there sitting on the couch in the lobby said they couldn't get coffee, it was nightmare! One good thing, they allowed us to have a late check out! Needed more time can't function without caffeine! Lol

Asked for late checkout, but I guess morning staff not informed. cleaning staff keep knocking on door twice, and got a phone call from front desk. Which I had to inform that we requested a 12:30 checkout.

Terrible stay. The AC unit makes all kinds of funky sounds and knocking all night, toilet would not flush the next morning nearly overflowing but made it necessary to go to lobby to use the bathroom, someone was smoking weed outside near our room and it was coming through the AC vent at 6:30 in the morning, went to the breakfast area and a homeless guy was asleep on one of the tables, trash was piled in bags on the stairwell and not in the trash can, ice machine did not work. Just a total cluster. We had to cancel our 2nd night and go somewhere else.

The hotel needed some deep cleaning especially in the stair wells whe there was trashand filthy stains . The ice machine had someone's vomit inside of it!!.
