We love this hotel! Our third time staying here. Excellent location and very friendly staff. Rooms are clean and modern. Hotel entrance has been refurbished since our last visit, adding to its modernity. We will definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect! The room was super-clean, and everything was top notch!

The hotel was very centric in the heart of Oviedo. There were spider webs all over the room when we got in.

The hotel location is excellent, closed to "El Casci Viejo", and walking distance to the Wines and Cidreras streets. The breakfast is pretty good,

The hotel was very nice with excellent staff and the location was perfect for walking around old town, lots of restaurants and shops.

The room was ok, no coffee maker and our view was awful. No view.

The site is currently undergoing renovation. There is no lobby to speak of yet. The rooms are functional but small and basic. The restaurant was uninviting. This is not a 4 star caliber hotel.

What I like to know is whyl

This is a nice hotel in the heart of town, close to a large, beautiful park and many options for dining and shopping. The staff is friendly and helpful. One nit: our room had a step leading to the bathroom, and the bathtub was very slippery when showering, despite having a few grooves built into the porcelain.

Hotel, is not accessible by car, but a car park is available 2 mins away, and the hotel arranges a very good rate. The check in was easy, very friendly and the room was very good, nice an comfy. NH Principado is situated in the centre of town and was perfect for an overnight stop and to explore Oviedo

Really good location, a stone's throw of the Cathedral and walking distance to everything. The hotel overall seemed a little dated but it was well kept and the junior suite was a good size, airy and comfortable, though it was quite overlooked by multiple adjacent buildings. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and good quality.

The property was no as advertised. Felt like a cheap American hotel with a bad bed.

Nice breakfast, excellent staff , clean and comfy bed. Only was a problem with a sewer smell in the room. Furniture in the room and hotel needs updating.

City map provided by the Hotel was extremely helpful and mad it easy to find my way back to the Hotel after walking in many different directions every day.

Our second time staying here and the staff are so helpful! Excellent location.
