Tive problemas com chuveiro no primeiro dia e tivemos que trocar de quarto. Na saída o cofre não funcionou e passaporte e outros valores ficaram sem ser retirados. Manutenção inicialmente não conseguiu abrir o cofre e só conseguiram isto as 4 da manhã, o que prejudicou meu descanso.

Great Mercure hotel, room was large enough for our 3 night stay. Staff super friendly and helpful. You can walk to all the restaurants at the port and Galleries Layfette and shopping centre attached to hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. The location is very close to the old port and close to attractions and restaurants.

Room was dirty and in need of refurbishment - there were holes in the wall. Shower had really poor water pressure. Staff was friendly but charged us twice for the hotel taxes. Breakfast was overpriced.

Enjoyed the bar in the lobby and ability to get ice from the bar. Large elevator. Quiet room with great view. AC would only get moderately cool.

Great hotel, spacious room, and very comfortable. The staff were always helpful. The location is excellent. My only complaint is that the towels were small and quite threadbare. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Room below average. Not easy way to park the car (by the way, parking lot smelt urine everywhere) Front desk kind of rude (maybe it was because I don't speak French)

We found the location near the old port very convenient for visiting the old port area and selection of restaurants, all within walking distance. Check in staff were very helpful. The parking location and way back was a bit challenging even with good instructions from staff (at night and with new rental car) however was very safe and secure. Room was fine except that we found the paper glasses provided were a bit of a letdown.

Everything very good and at a fair price, except for parking. We arrived on Sunday early evening but had to wander in a vast parking, end up in a closed mall and behind closed doors trying to get to the reception before a "search party" liberated us.

Comfy beds and a great location!

In the city centre, less than 10 min walking to the Vieux Port. Extremely comfortable bed, nice shower with Nuxe shower gel, decent room size. Breakfast was also very good, with delicious local cheeses and lots of options. Will definitely stay here again when in Marseille.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Bathroom had combination body wash/shampoo. Not lotions. No conditioner. No bar soap. Gym had no glasses for water all week long. This rating is based on a 4 star hotel rating.

The parking was offsite and when I couldn't find it after a very long day driving a male member of staff was very dismmissive of my problem. On leaving I found my car had been broken in to and when I reported this a female staff member said I had parked on the wrong level and dissmissed the event as nothing to do with them. later that day a different female staff member did help with my situation. Overall, they could indeed SHOULD have offered more assistance to our situation

Great location and friendly service

Good location and walkable to the old port. Great helpful staff. Value for money is good, not a 5-star hotel but very good for the money you pay. There’s a safe and convenient parking for €20 if you have a car.
