Great service

Room only provided 2 bath towels when asked for me extra towels they only gave me one we are a family of 5. The hot tub looked a little dirty and jets didn’t work.

Over all , good place

Unfortunately the pool was closed

My wife and I had no hot (or even warm) water to shower for the two days we were there. We do not like cold water showers. The toilet was also plugged and no one came to give me a toilet plunger so I could clear it myself. The breakfast service was not well stocked. They use Kleenex instead of napkins, and even ran out of paper plates. No cereal or milk. I would give this place a zero if I could. We will never again stay at this hotel!

IT WAS A BIT NOISY AND OUTDATED WITH SEVERAL NOISES IN ROOMS. OVERALL IT WAS OK.

They only have one ice machine and it was broken had to to 7-Eleven to buy ice.

I like the locations lots of places of food to choose from

Rude management they will make you clean the room to get deposit back. They refused to return deposit due to make up on the sheets and a litter box left in room for my psychiatric service animals. They discriminated against me and refused to accommodate me. Avoid this location they are the worst.

Room was ok. The shower had body lotion instead of body wash

There was roaches in our rm

Needs replacing furniture and repairing old carpet and furniture

Door handle to the room was loose, didn't have hot water one day.

There was no hot water until the day we checked out. The TV was supposed to have Netflix but unable to connect. Ice machine not working. Noise from freeway annoying.
