Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms large, comfortable beds and very clean. In the West Edmonton Mall with lots of food options. Only downside is no USB option for charging phones and plugs are beside the bed near floor.

Decent room but too pricey. Front check in staff were rude at check in. Wouldn’t really recommend

Check in was a breeze, staff were polite, hotel was clean, room was great, there was a personalized card on the table, congratulating me on my graduation and also some chocolates, it was a great touch. thank you for a great night. We will definitely be back.

The water was shut off in the afternoon during my stay, during a time where I needed to shower and get myself ready for my evening out. I had to book a hair appointment at a salon instead just to get my hair washed. So it was quite inconvenient. Had I known in advance, I’d have stayed somewhere else. However, the staff are very helpful and friendly and the location is amazing.

For the amount of money you spend to be woken up from hallway noise and the sound transfer from hotel room to hotel room. If your looking for a quiet hotel this is not for you

The air conditioner was not working in our room. It was very warm, and difficult to sleep. The hallways were cool, but many people complained about the lack of the AC in the rooms. You couldn't control the tempurature in your room with your thermostat. Will likely not stay there again.
