Although it was a great space, the walls were thin and we could hear our neighbours talking. They weren’t being especially loud, but we could make out exactly what they were saying. At 11:30 pm on the first night, I went next door and let them know, and they spoke more quietly. The next night, there were different people and the same thing happened, but they were quiet by the time we went to bed at midnight.

Stayed for just one night and didn’t have a chance to use pool etc. Very clean room. Would stay here again.

Check out is 12:00, but at 10:30 a staff member thought it was suitable to come into our suite unannounced. This was shortly after I had a shower and was still in a towel. I am unsure as of why they came in, but she tried to brush it off as “it’s okay I was just seeing if you checked out” I replied with “no! It’s not okay to just come barging into my room, you could ask the front desk if I checked out or not”

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Our family loved the pool, and it made for a fantastic birthday weekend in Winnipeg. We’d definitely stay here again!

The room was clean, staff were on top of everything and very nice and helpful. The rooms were nice and cool as well. We tried swimming and the hot tub, which wasn’t too bad. We enjoyed it. The parking was a bit tight, but wasn’t too bad as it’s going through construction. Very understandable, we didn’t get to try breakfast as we enjoyed our beauty sleep. Will be staying again another time. Thank you.

Not as clean as i remember in past stays. Pool is mediocre at best. Kid loves the play structure there. 5/10 for price

Everything was good, except for AC in the room needed some work

Didn’t appreciate the $100 damage deposit collected at check-in. Sure its returned but at the bank’s timing, not the hotel’s. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, in a lot of different countries and haven’t encountered this before. Also in our room, found a sticky mess on floor beside the bed. We won’t be back.

Rude and lazy.

Ups: Clean and spacious room. Amazing spot for families in terms of their rec space and restaurant. Downs: We had an odd noise complaint when we were just conversing and a few laughs. The next morning I could hear every single word the neighbours were saying and realized that there's floor gaps between both connecting doors resulting in next to no privacy. Yikes! Also eyes burned in the pool area from chlorine.
