I’m speaking on the room itself. It was old, the shower smelled of sewer when it was on. Room was very basic, needs remodeling. Hotel is on a Main Street. I didn’t eat there or went inside the mall. I think most people would like the restaurant and mall attached. The food did smell delicious though. For my preference, I would not stay there again.

The property is old, which I knew, but the rooms have not been renovated in a while. The room space is very good. the staff did not allowed me to check in early even when there were rooms available, the reason was because I reserved in Expedia and not directly in the hotel...

Friendly and courteous service

Excellent staff and good location. Gave only 4 stars because the water pressure was weird and we had to change rooms on the last night of our stay due to a water leak and in that second room the a/c unit was not working properly. Fortunately it was a cool night and we didn’t need a/c to cool down the room

Es el hotel con buen servicio del front desk, muy amables y lo que le haga falta a tu cuarto te lo llevan.

The staff didn't study hotel amd tourism and dont know how to treat people and the first room I was sent to had mold on the shower head it was very dirty and disgusting

Absolutely amazing Hotel ,rooms are super big,it will be perfect if rooms have a small refrigerator.

El lugar es muy limpio y amplio, muy amables y el cafe del hotel muy barato, aparte esta conectado a una plaza o centro comercial, esta muy cerca de reforma y polanco.
