Beautiful room great view and helpful staff

Really lovely hotel, a few hiccups but what really impressed me was the way the management team handled this. Clara was amazing! 30min walk to the centre of town taking the scenic route along the beach 4mins walk to the beach Beach has deckchairs you can hire, not part of the hotel Hotel itself does not have a private beach are but has 2 pools Breakfast options are endless and amazing

The best hotel in Barcelona we had the most amazing experience

It would be hard to overstate what a wonderful hotel this is. Location is great, facilities are excellent, and service is outstanding.

Great location. Lots of fun areas within walking distance.

After a week at an aparthotel, we decided we should spoil ourselves. This was a great option. The staff and facilities were great. The rooms were top-notch. We received an upgrade to the 28th floor. The room had just been remodeled and had some great features. We were there during a large storm, so all the eating options were limited to the hotel. They did a great job keeping up with the customer demands during such a busy evening. I would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel Arts was an incredible experience, and the amenities were wonderful and attention to detail. We had an urgent situation with my 18-year-old son and the staff were thoughtful and caring. The views and location were top notch. Thank you for the hospitality and warm touch.

Nice stay

It’s a beautiful day. Everything is good. Service is good. Staff is good. Don’t like to set up at the lobby upstairs going in your room downstairs but other than that everything is good.

Amazing

Booked this hotel for the spa, but when checking in, was told the spa is under renovation but offer W hotel facilities which is nearby. Breakfast was fine, expecting more varieties. Male Staff was seen talking among themselves without paying attention to guests. Female staff are better. attentive and helpful. This hotel offer a stunning sea view.

The service was amazing and they were so friendly. They would always tried to give me anything I asked and I would really like to give the workers all a round of applause!! Amazing hotel, amazing staff and amazing holiday!
