Clean, quiet, hospitable and tastefully decorated.

Really great bang for the buck. Breakfast was cooked on site and the facility was well maintained. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.

Comfortable hotel with friendly service. Clean rooms, very comfortable bed and pillows. Here for work and would highly recommend to a business traveler.

We came to the OC for a family event and stayed overnight at the Ayres, our usual hotel there. In all the years we have been staying here we have not ever had one complaint about anything at this hotel. There would have to be some drastic change in the facility for us to look anywhere else.

We stayed only one night.The staff was friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A fridge was very small and did not work properly, which was a disappointment.

I appreciate the cleanliness of the room, and the courtesy of the staff. The only thing I didnt like, was the free breakfast ends too early. Not everyone is an early riser.

Love this hotel and property

It was disappointing not to be able to have eggs without cheese. I wish they would offer to make eggs without cheese.

My kid had a 2-day dance clinic locally so we decided to stay for convenience. They were able to let me check in early so i had a place to be. Hung out at the pool both days. Pool area is small but very clean and comfy. Free breakfast was good, don't miss the blueberry muffins! Bed was comfy, nothing special. Lots of space in the room. AC worked really well and slower was spacious & clean!

Great Property. Would definitely stay again. The breakfast was just ok. Not sure what everyone was raving about.

The whole staff is professional, kind, and helpful.

Super clean , very nice and quiet area close to restaurants, housekeeping every day,

Requested an early check, request was granted. Check in was quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Daily housekeeping was provided. Only service needing attention is the morning breakfast. Eggs seem to be powder eggs, fruit is canned. If these service was upgraded the stay would be perfect.

This is our 4th or 5th stay here within the last 5 Years . My family & I stay here when we can . It’s very quiet, clean & the rooms are huge ! Even tho it’s close to a very busy So Cal Freeway you can’t tell. the noise isn’t a bother, the hotel is elegant and serine . I grew up near here so Freeway noise is a normal background noise for me . My family and I love to stay here. When we come to visit the OC we come to visit Family & Friends . We don’t stay near the Disneyland Hub, My Family and I actually avoid that area. The Staff here is great. Our 5 year old non verbal in the spectrum Grandchild came with us this visit. She had a stomach bug our first night , due to the weather change and long car ride. The housekeeping staff was awesome! The young lady didn’t hesitate to help us when flagged her down the aisle @8 am for a fresh up to our room. She made us feel safe & welcomed . She was nonjudgmental & didn’t make us feel uncomfortable or embarrassed . She just kept helping us all the while she spoke and soothed our granddaughter in both English & Spanish language. telling her “ she would feel better in no time” My granddaughter chattered with her right back. She was very endearing , so caring . My Family & I speak both Languages, that was an added plus + plus + for us. The Coffee could be more Bolder & Darker but that’s just our preference. Your Breakfast is awesome. Pancakes are 5 star. Kid approved ! Q
