We didn't have dish soap or a sponge. I walked down to the desk, and they told me all of the kitchen stuff was locked up.

There was no soap in one of bathrooms, guy who works at night didn’t give notice for late check out, coffee not good and they don’t have coffee after breakfast time.

Good hotel with condo style 2-bedroom facilities and spacious living room and work area. Friendly front desk, decent breakfast. Comfortable room and beds. Area around the buildings was not clean and needs to be better

This was a great place for our family as we visited DC. A bit of a drive, but it was worth it for the comfort and peace. We would stay here again!

We never received Housekeeping service. We had to fetch towels ourselves. And, our fridge' ice maker was broken.

Liked the property;; ended up with a suite without elevator to get luggage into the suite. Otherwise, very nice.

Two story property (we were on first floor) was VERY quiet. My only complaint was the use of a plug in air freshener-I am very sensitive and couldn't stop sneezing even after unplugging. Please don't use those!! Parking is tight, but this is the Dulles area so not surprising. Overall it is an excellent property.
